Denna uppdaterade, moderna lägenhet är ljus, öppen och luftig. Ett avkopplande paradis! Den har ett fullt utrustat kök med graniträknare och fullt utrustat med apparater, köksredskap och bordsredskap som passar för att fixa allt från ett mellanmål till en gourmetmat.
Det finns två separata sovrum sviter komplett med privata badrum. En king size-säng i master-sviten gör att du kan tillfredsställa vakna till soluppgången över det blå stilla havet utan att röra en tå. Gästpaketet har två tvillingar som kan göras till en kung säng på begäran.
Båda badmen har nyligen renoverats. Befälhavaren bad har golv till tak kakel med glasblock och granit funktioner. Gästbadet har en graniträknare och nytt badkar och kakel. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger strax utanför gästsviten hall. Det finns också parkeringsplats för en bil.
Lanai ��r ett bra ställe att se vågorna rulla in, och på vintern kan du se knölvalar som spelar av land - sprutar, bryter och sätter på en fantastisk show. Njut av morgonkaffe här och iste eller cocktails på kvällen. Njut av komfort med den bärbara luftkonditioneringsenheten som kan flyttas från rum till rum i hemmet.
Orten är tyst och avslappnad med utsikt över havet. Det är ett bostadsområde med mycket gröna, vackra lövplantor och tropiska blommor. Det finns tennisbanor och en gemensam pool i orten.
En kort, scenisk promenad mot öst längs havet tar dig till Grand Hyatt och Shipwrecks Beach. En kort promenad till väster tar dig till sköldpadda vikar, Brennecke Beach för kroppsbränning och till berömda Poipu Beach för familjen kul. Poipu Beach Park är ett utmärkt skyddat område för simning, snorkling och boogie boarding. Det finns toaletter, duschar och picknickbord. Helt tvärs över gatan är en restaurang och en plats att få raka is. Poipu Beach Athletic Club har tennisbanor. Shopping och restauranger finns i Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center och Poipu Shopping Village.
Du kan nästan alltid se sköldpaddor i vågorna i vikarna strax öster om Brenneckes strand och ofta sköldpaddor och munkförseglar kommer att sola sig på sandarna på dessa stränder. Missa inte solnedgången från bänkarna på Makahuena Point på makai (ocean) sidan av poolområdet.

Great place to stay when visiting Kauai.

Great location, awesome view from the lanai. Pool and hot tub were great. Bathrooms need a little updating, but overall a great place. I would stay there again for sure.

Was as advertised. Beautiful views from the lanai. The condo was surprisingly well stocked with toiletries, beach gear, towels, etc. would stay again. Nice new fridge with ice maker.

Clean condo. Had all the utensils, pots, needed for cooking. Fabulous location. Mere minutes walk doen to the ocean. Would have been nice to have use of the deck. But it was undergoing maintenance.

Amazing views!

Property is a bit dated, but the views from the lanai are amazing. The condo is in good shape and the owners have stocked the kitchen well enough to easily cook meals. They also supply beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Nice location, easy walking to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Jackie was a great property manager, very quick to respond and provided us with thorough check-in/out instructions.

Lovely place, great view

We loved our stay. The place was nicer than expected. The view out the deck was great. There is an even better view on the property around the corner where you can see the whole coast. It is great for sunsets. We loved the sound of the ocean at night and the birds as well. The pool is lovely, clean, and spacious. Hot tub too. There were lots of beach supplies like boogie boards etc. Right next to the Heritage trail and a moderate walk to 2 great beaches. Great place.

We enjoyed the location of this property and sitting out in the patio. For the most part, the place looked clean, but we found a used towel left hanging on the bathroom door upon check-in and a small cockroach that came in/out from behind the master bathroom mirror! It also gets hot in the master bedroom so we had to keep the sliding door open to allow air-conditioned air in. Overall, despite these two issues, it was a comfortable stay and an even nicer location.

Disappointing Experience

Staying at this property I feel compelled to share my experience thus far, as it has fallen well short of expectations.First and foremost, the information provided prior to and upon arrival was completely inadequate. There was no mention of the required parking pass, which I only learned about after wandering the condo complex and asking others. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress at check-in.The TV situation has also been frustrating. The remote is outdated and barely functional, and I was unable to sign out of the previous guest’s Amazon Prime account—raising privacy concerns and preventing us from watching anything personalized for our family reunion. Something as simple as watching a meaningful movie together became a hassle.No information about the need for pool keys or other aspects of this setting.The unit is also very noisy. There was a domestic dispute downstairs during our stay, and the overall environment is far busier and louder than suggested in the listing.Make no mistake this is not a resort complex but an active community where people live, is very noisy in the early morning. To make matters worse, communication from both the owner and their listed contact has been weak at best—slow, unhelpful, and not particularly solution-oriented. For anyone expecting a seamless experience or attentive hosting, this property does not deliver.Would not recommend unless significant changes are made to the way the property is managed and communicated.

Great location and view

This was a perfect size unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a large kitchen. Location was close to waterfront trail to Hyatt Hotel and walk to Poipu Beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pans, but didn't have any coffee filters or salt/pepper. There was plenty of paper products, but missing bath soap and laundry detergent. When walking with socks, the floor was noticeably dirty. Big selection of beach equipment and large towels. Large TV and easy to use remote. We would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect location condo

We loved staying at this property! There was an easy 1/2 mile coastal walking path with tremendous vistas. We had sunrise views from the balcony & also were fortunate to see whales spouting. There was also a vantage point on property for beautiful sunsets, although we generally enjoyed those from Poipu beach (a 1/2 mile walk the other way). The property was well stocked with kitchenware, washer & dryer, & a smart TV. With the breeze & fans, we were never too hot & were happy not to listen to an a/c compressor. We were very comfortable here & hope to rebook this same unit on our next Kuaui visit. Also, the self check-in was easy & the properties manager Jackie was very quick to respond, courteous, & gracious. We were also surprised with a nice welcome basket containing some local flavors.

Very Noisy Unit

The unit is on the second floor and very noisy with people walking around upstairs at all hours of the night. We would wake up at 3am to the sound of footsteps- and at 6am, etc. so there must be very little insulation between the floors. There are homes being built next door so you see construction debris. The unit was nicely furnished. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. The very nice thing is the location to the walking path. It is right on the path with easy access.

Amazing view!

We picked this property because of the location and the view shown in the pictures that accompany the listing. We were stoked when we walked in and saw the view. This location is close to grocery shopping in Koloa, food trucks, shave ice, Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s and a beginner surfing break called Learners located near the Sheraton property at Kiahuna Beach. The unit has ample air conditioning which we appreciated since we don’t have it at home. The kitchen has all the items we need. We love that there is a French press. We took advantage of the ice maker. The landscaping of the complex is beautiful. Additionally, it has easy access to a trail which you can take to Shipwreck beach then walk up a bluff for an amazing view. Jackie, our propriety manager, made sure we were squared away and had everything we needed.

Beautiful place

We stayed for one week. The property was as described. Please be advised that there is a unit above and below this unit so you can hear the upstairs neighbors a little and vice versa for the neighbors below. We have young toddlers so it’s hard to avoid the pattering feet. The AC is great in the family room and there’s always a breeze in the master bedroom being so close to the ocean. I’m not sure if we just got lucky but even in July the temperature was pleasant with the constant breeze. We appreciated plenty of tupperware , toilet paper although be advised that you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash etc. I had a conference at the Grand Hyatt which was only a mile away. Book your luaus early- we waited and most of the luaus were sold out. Great location 30 min from the airport.

Good location & views but could use a deep cleaning, a few basic condiments besides salt & pepper, and instructions for parking, check out procedure, etc. Previous manager’s contact info was listed on the emails I received. Fortunately the new manager was listed on one email and was very helpful. Beds were comfortable, and there was relatively new furniture, granite countertops, etc. but unit definitely showed its age and lack of thorough cleaning. Balcony railing was deemed unsafe and we were warned not to touch or lean on it by maintenance. Definitely showing its age.

Know why it's called the garden isle

Rain....rain and more rain... Oh and windy!! Super windy. Maybe not the best time of year. First time to Kauai and found it very lovely but very expensive...more than Maui. Need a car for sure to get around. Not too impressed with the unit. Not sure when it was cleaned last ...found a black hair in the bed and I am blonde gray...blood on the comforter in the other room. Little dated and sure not worth what we paid. Cuz it's Kauai? Orange snow fence around the glass on the deck.... does the unit have issues?? We were not too impressed ...probs last time booking with VRBO because the unit Maui last year was worst
