Om boendet

Excellent location, close to everything. Walk to fine restaurants, breakfast and lunch shops. This place has it all. Gorgeous furnishings. 2 Master suites with on suite full bathrooms. All bathrooms and kitchen are new and state of the art. You will love this adorable condo. We the owners live here Part Time so we do have personal stuff here, and Clothing, but plenty of room for your things too.

Great location

The condo is big with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large kitchen. It is about 100’ from the ocean!!

Pros; This is a large comfortable accommodation, conveniently located right on the beach and close to shopping, dining, and within walking distance of just about anything you might need. The hot water is plentiful, the a/c works great, the wifi is fast and reliable. Gorgeous views! The owner has kindly provided coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The description. is truthful, though when they state there is plenty of room for your things, that is more subjective and dependent on how lightly you pack. Which brings me to Cons: To be fair, the ad clearly mentions that the condo contains their possessions. They were not kidding! This condo is absolutely stuffed with the owners possession. We were not prepared for just how much is in the property. Example: In addition to what you see in the photos, there is now a second couch and coffee table in the main living area. It is comfortable, but be prepared to shimmy sideways around small tables, chests, cupboards, and chairs. Of note: You'll find all the conveniences, but you'll need to go hunting through cupboards and dressers (the iron comes to mind). If you prefer trash bags to grocery sacks, paper towels to just using paper napkins, you'll need to bring your own. Same thing for bar soap, if you prefer new to used bring your own. Summary: Fantastic location, comfortable condo, We enjoyed our time there.

Indialantic beach

Location was terrific - 1 minute to a beautiful beach and 5 minutes to Starbucks, CVS, a wine store and good restaurants. Front side of condo building was under repair which impeded use of patio. Condo itself was a little cluttered with only one usable bedroom. All of the necessary appliances. Would probably stay there again..

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths is wonderful to have. 2 full Master bedrooms both with high end King mattresses. All bathrooms have their own private bathroom.

Steps to a beautiful beach. Many beach chairs provided. If you have a certain beach chair that you like please bring it. I have new comfortable beach chairs.
