Slutligen kan du njuta av alla fördelar med att ha en bottenvåningsenhet utan att behöva offra en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Denna bottenvåning, havet enhet kommer att blåsa bort dig! Enheten är också fylld med strand tillbehör för din njutning, inklusive strandstolar, boogie boards, paraply, leksaker, handdukar och en kylare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, stor plasma-TV och fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med platt-TV och vardagsrummet har en utdragbar soffa om det behövs. Enheten har två fullt ombyggda badrum och är fullt utrustad med sängkläder och handdukar.

Njut av alla bekvämligheter du vill ha på plats, inklusive två grillstationer, två inhägnade hundsparker, bocce ball, shuffleboard, gym med utsikt över poolen och havet och uppvärmd pool. Byggnaden är bekvämt beläget bara 20 minuter från Melbourne International Airport, en timme från Orlando International Airport och 15 minuter söder om Cocoa Beach. Allt du behöver är bekvämt beläget nära med en stor Publix (mataffär) och biograf tvärs över gatan. Det finns också gott om utmärkta restauranger inom en kort bilresa.

We will be back!

Clean property and grounds right on the beach and within walking to distance to shopping, pizza and Dunkin. The construction next door is at a halt as the builder ran out of money. You wont regret your decision to stay here.

Great location

Great location. Did have problem with microwave, which was replaced. However, an alarm continued to engage every time we tried to use it. This did present an inconvenience, but we chose to do without rather than have maintenance come back a second time.

Family Vacation

We rented this condo for a week, it was just as described! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was clean, pet friendly, affordable and we made so many memories here. We will definitely be coming back! It is a great place to fish, right in the beach! I love this beach and area!

Fabulous Stay!

The condo is amazing. Very beautiful and relaxing. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves and watching them wash up on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our 30th anniversary! Everything was perfect.

Vacation with friends

Everything about our stay was excellent! The unit was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean and ready for us to enjoy. The view out our back door was beautiful right out to the ocean. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

We had a wonderful time! You can’t beat the views! No stairs to get in or out. Our mom is disabled and she was very happy here. Management is amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Exactly what we wanted!

Thank you for listing this property accurately. We enjoyed our time. We enjoyed the quiet/family friendly location. It makes such a difference when property management enforces rules (no smoking). We’ve had problems in the past with cigarette and marijuana smokers at other properties, and we could actually breathe fresh air in all outdoor spaces on our vacation this time! Thank you! The unit had everything we needed!

“Love” isn’t a strong enough word

I wish there was a stronger word I could use to describe how I feel about this place. I have dreams about it! The location is increíble, being able to step outside and be on the beach, the nearby stores and restaurants, it was clean and feels new inside. I would LOVE to add this to a yearly vacation rental plan! It’s absolutely incredible.

Everything as advertised

The pictures were absolutely accurate depictions of the actual unit we rented. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Anything missing was just a simple ask away. Spotlessly clean and furniture was comfy, beds slept well. Pool was immaculate and direct Beach access was excellent. Publix right across the street. E Z PZ! We will definitely be staying here again.

Best location!!

The location of the property was perfect! Anything you need is literally across the street. The unit location has a gorgeous view with a grass area the kids played catch and whiffle ball at. Pool is right around the corner and the grill is right off the patio. We were able to get to the beach with ease and parked right in front of our door every day. The unit was well stocked with essentials. The only thing we needed was coffee & filters, laundry soap and extra toilet paper. Which we had packed anyways! The beds were comfy but could use a little thicker of comforters but they were fine. They do have a queen size blowup mattress for kids to sleep on. We brought 2 twin blowup beds and the kids slept out in the living room which worked great. Overall we give it 5 stars!

Excellent property

Place was clean with plenty of “extras”…toilet paper, towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash etc. Because this is a company owned condo we did not find any pantry extras in the kitchen like spices, oils etc. Just make sure to bring your own or buy it right across the street at Publix. Beds were comfy. Living room furniture was pretty but not comfortable. Reminds me of IKEA furniture but a generic brand. We did enjoy our stay overall. It’s right on the beach and you could hear the waves. I would stay again; felt safe.

Overall good stay

Overall would give this condo a 5. Only a few small issues - condo was not ready at 3pm for check in so we had to go elsewhere for about an hour and parking was an issue one night but that is not the condo owner fault. Could use a few more kitchen utensil, pots and pans updated but we had what we needed. Condo is very nice and as described. If you do stay here though keep in mind this is a condo right outside the grill pit and shuffle board so party gatherings can be loud and people like to take the chairs from the condo sitting area. I think I’d stay here again if ever back this way.

Beautiful condo, wonderful location but very loud

This is a beautifully updated condo with ocean views. The pool is just around the corner and faces the ocean as well. The location and the actual condo itself are 10/10. I think the main thing to know is this spot is loud. Very loud. The patio opens up into the common area which has shuffleboard, picnic area, and a grill. There were screaming kids or drunk adults out there at all times. There are ‘quiet hours’ posted but a few families disregarded this. The pool is also incredibly loud. People bring speakers and blare competing music, drunk parents, wild kids. I don’t mind a lively family environment as we came with our family. I do wish there was a security person or someone to keep some of the loud people under control. Or to make sure quiet hours were being adhered too. I imagine if you visit outside of spring break season this place would be a 100/10.

The condos are a little dated but comfortable. Location great as you are a short distance from coco beach and surrounding towns. Would stay again.

Nice stay for a family

The property is located in a great place, and that is what you’re paying for. We were able to walk to the beach every day, multiple times a day, and also to the pool. We didn’t ever need to leave the Main Street (A1A), even when driving to Melbourne or Cocoa Beach. Everything was conveniently located which made vacationing with kids much easier. As far as the inside of the condo, it is fine. The couches are very worn and sink when you sit down. One has a board under the cushions to keep you from falling in. Not very comfortable to sit on if you’re planning on a family movie night. There is also a leak in the 2nd bedroom that has been patched and repatched many times causing rust and some unnerving spots on the ceiling. I reported it, but it was still leaking when we left, although a humidifier was added to the room. There are beach chairs, but they are rusted and almost unusable. Luckily we had family 5 minutes away who lent us their chairs. The umbrella and boogie boards provided are great. If you are bringing a family and staying more than a few days, bring your own towels. There are 6 pairs of towels, and no extras. If you have multiple women with long hair (who need two towels when showering), and add in towels needed to lay on the floor of the bathroom after a shower (there are no shower rugs), you will not have enough for your stay, and even though I called twice, you cannot get more. This means you’re running to the laundry room often, which is not relaxing to say the least. All in all, knowing what we know now, we would stay again. I only list the above so others are prepared and able to have a relaxing stay.
