Tre sovrum, master badrum med hans och hennes bĂ€nkskivor i marmor, handfat och hans & hennes promenad i garderober, duschkabin och stort badkar, gĂ€stbad med badkar och dusch och poolbad. FrĂ€mre rum med skrivbord kan anvĂ€ndas för extra sovande gĂ€ster med luftmadrass. VĂ€lvt 14 "vardagsrum med specialbyggda hyllor med infĂ€lld belysning. TakflĂ€ktar i alla rum. We came for a week of total relaxation. It was all that. Pool was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was so comfortable. The pool guys came on Thursday- great guys- very friendly and fast in doing their jobs. Close to everything so there’s always something to do but also was a great place to just be. 5 out of 5 stars! Would definitely stay again

Amazing home, pool, & hot tub

Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back!

A week in paradise!!

I want to think you for such a beautiful and relaxing house. My family had a wonderful time. Everything was wonderful. The pool was great. The house was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. I had to spend 2 days in the hospital but still had a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Florida. I know that we will want to return to this property again in the future. Great location. Sitting down by the canal was very relaxing. 5 stars all the way around.

Great stay

Very beautiful home with a great pool. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the management was very accommodating during our stay. The bikes, beach toys and coolers were great to have during our stay.

Christmas get away

First off, the house is AMAZING! We ESPECIALLY LOVED the pool and patio area! The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with lots utensils. Everything you need and more! Now-my complaints. The toilet in the half bath has issues. It wouldn’t flush right and then it did over flow and I was super excited to clean up a flooded bathroom on my vacation. They did get someone out to the house to “fix” it. It was a little better but still doesn’t flush right. Also, not a fan of the response time of the property manager. It would take days for them to answer me sometimes. I know, nothing was super emergent and I could have tried to call someone, but if I am paying a fee for the service, someone should answer me promptly. All this being said, we had an amazing vacation and were happy with the home!

Amazing Property

Such an amazing place to stay when in Cape Coral! House was extremely homey and welcoming when we first arrived. The home was really clean and was full of activities from sitting at the pool or hot tub, to having a bonfire and grilling outside. This house was perfect and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to book this home!

Vacationers Beware

The home layout & pool were amazing. This home was very clean. We had a 8 day stay & on the afternoon of day 5 the house plumbing began to backup & the toilets wouldn’t flush. I called the property mgr & her response time was adequate, 30-45 mins later. She had a hard time finding a plumber to respond after 5:00pm. When she did find one of course they were going to charge “after hour” rates. At this point we couldn’t flush toilets & we had a party of 7. The property mgr called me asking if the plumber could wait till morning to come out to save some money. I was less than impressed at that moment as we had paid over $3000 for the rental and couldn’t use the toilets or shower. When I told her an emphatic “No” she did send the plumber out. The plumber arrived around 9:00pm. After assessing the problem he went to his van & returned stating that he could not complete the job no one would pay the bill. Plumber left, I called property mgr & she eventually got him back out to fix the problem. At this point, I felt like things needed to be made right for such an inconvenience & stress added to vacation. Day 6 went well. Day 7 toilets wouldn’t flush again. We left property early. We were done. After leaving an entire day early & dealing with the Day 5 plumbing issues I was told the owner would refund $300. I thought that was a little weak if they were trying to make things right. Still haven’t rec’d a refund as of today. Can’t change the facts. Beware!

Always booking online makes you wonder what are you actually getting compared to the pictures you see. This placed lived up to everything and then some! It was so relaxing and refreshing! Anything you needed was minutes away. I would definitely come here again!

great winter getaway

Had a great time staying for a month this house had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 6 of us. enjoyed the outdoor area with pool and spa and plenty of room to sit and enjoy the outdoors. inside we found that the kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked many meals. The property was well maintained and very clean and the property management company was great to work with and responded within an hour when we needed a propane tank replaced. Great place and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Great holiday trip

The pictures of home are exactly what is there. Great location for my stay. In between both my families homes so easy commute to everything around. We hosted xmas eve dinner for the small family we have here in Florida and was perfect. It's equipped with everything you would need. The alarms on doors We had to get used to but Great if you have small children. You will definitely hear if one of them opens door to pool area. It was a great home and very well decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for any family/group of any age!

Family fun daughter turning 21

We stayed in the house for 5 nights over the thanksgiving holiday. Our 2nd of three daughters was turning 21 and instead of a trip to Vegas like her older sister had she wanted something more relaxing and in the sunshine and warm weather. The house was perfect luckily for us the hurricane didn’t do any extensive damage to the house so we were able to still take our trip and enjoy our time at the home. The house has everything you need plenty of extra blankets and bedding should you need them, plenty of towels, some games, pool floats, bicycles, plenty of plastic cups for enjoying beverages poolside the list could go on and on. My husband loved the built in grill area and has determined he does in fact need one for our home we are building. The whole house is tastefully decorated and inviting. We were able to meet Oliver the owl who lives out front and some turtles down by the canal the guys had fun fishing a bit and my eldest daughter and I enjoyed relaxing poolside with our books. Our only suggestions would be maybe some plastic dinner plates for use outdoors and maybe a table light for the patio table as when the sun sets the area the table is in gets dark. We tried to make sure we ate a bit earlier so we could have our dinner outside at the table as my husband doesn’t like eating in the dark or by candlelight. But really everything was great and we would not hesitate staying there again.

Beautiful Home!

Very enjoyable home

Lovely home with plenty of space for everyone and a wonderful pool area and lanai. The home is close to many restaurants and to shopping but the neighborhood felt safe and neighbors were friendly when we were out walking. Southwest Florida weather for us in March has typically been beautiful and this vacation did not disappoint. The property manager was also friendly. Overall a great home. Thanks to the homeowners for sharing this with others.

We spent a week celebrating our 50th birthdays and lifelong friendships at Palm Breeze. The house is amazing! Everything was exactly as described and so comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely keep this property on our favorites list!
