Augusto Imperatore Luxury Home, den mest lyxiga strukturen i märket Piazzadelpopololuxuryhome, är en lyxig lägenhet, som ligger några steg från Piazza di Spagna, nyligen renoverad och möblerad med viktiga målningar och antika möbler (Louis XVI-perioden). Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen (med hiss) i en forntida och praktfull byggnad i hjärtat av Rom, i Via della Frezza, på hörnet av Via del Corso; på gångavstånd: Piazza Augusto Imperatore, Piazza di Spagna och Via dei Condotti.

Rymlig och bekväm, den är perfekt för familjer eller små vänner. Med en yta på 120 kvadratmeter består lägenheten av 2 sovrum, varav ett är en svit, utrustad med en garderob och ett privat badrum med duschkabin för kromoterapi. Sovplatsen kompletteras av ett annat sovrum och ett badrum. Rummen är elegant inredda med möbler från den franska kejserperioden (1800).

Alla rum har Queen size-sängar. I vardagsrummet hittar vi ett fantastiskt bord, dekorerat med forntida marmormosaik med lejonfotbaser i Carrara marmor, som rymmer 8/10 personer; en 50 "TV på väggen och två mycket stora och bekväma soffor som rymmer andra människor. Alla rum har stora fönster och högt i tak, kännetecknande för de gamla romerska byggnaderna. Varje rum i huset har luftkonditionering och värmesystem.

Köket är fullt utrustat, inklusive diskmaskin och TV. Det finns också en tvättstuga komplett med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Tv-apparaterna är av den senaste generationen, utrustade med satellit- och digitala signaler.

Great location and accomodations

Eduardo has done a very nice job with this apartment. He was very helpful and kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. Location is great, subway and Spanish steps just a couple blocks away. Would stay here again

Visit number 2 and still the best place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. The host is wonderful, a great communicator, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is the best. Fabulous stay.

Fantastic apartment near Spanish steps

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

The Best Stay in Roma!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location - you can walk to wonderful shops, the spanish steps, the colosseum, and on and on. There is a taxi stand very close and the newly-opened Bulgari hotel is a great place for breakfast. Don't even think twice - book this apartment and have fun in Roma!!

This villa has the best location in Rome. 2 minutes to Spanish steps, tons of restaurants, grocery and many shops within 1 minute. Beautiful villa, very spacious and our host Edorado was magnificent, always available and true first class host. This is where you want to stay if you come to Rome. Perfect 10 Days in Rome

This property is all as advertised. My wife and I along with our 3 Adult aged children had a wonderful time. The air conditioning kept us cool, washer/dryer came in handy and we even cooked a little breakfast on most days. The location is perfect, especially as it was our first trip to Rome.

Wonderful Stay in Rome!

The apartment is lovely - just as advertised. The host, Eduardo was very responsive and arranged our transfers from the port of Civitavecchia and our driver to the airport. He also had recommendations for the area. The location is excellent and a welcome quiet from the bustle of the main tourist areas. The apartment has a washer and dryer which was very helpful during our 4 days stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Rome!

Perfect location

We loved our stay at Freeza Apartment. The location was perfect for tourism, very short walk from the Spanish Steps, subway, great restaurants/cafes, and lots of shopping, both high end and average/affordable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable, exactly as described. Edoardo was incredibly helpful booking car service for us, offered expert information about the area and was very prompt to respond. We would highly recommend!

Brilliant experience

The five-star reviews that I had read online before booking turned out to be true for us. The location is excellent, and the property manager and his staff were terrific. It's in a quiet street but only a few steps away from a major shopping area. Spanish steps, Trevis fountain, etc., are all within walking distances (15-20 min each). The apartment is quite spacious and everything worked. If I ever come to this part of Rome, I would definitely stay here.

Just perfect!

We were so happy with this apartment! The location was amazing, and we walked to the Vatican, coliseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, and TONS of restaurants and shopping. Our host, Edoardo, was friendly and communicative, and he made car arrangements and provided restaurant suggestions that were just what we we’re hoping for. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. So convenient for our stay in Rome!
