Nice Property

The room was very nice. Nice pool, beach access. Wide beach. The only problem was the balcony looked like it is never swept. There was a lot of beach sand on the balcony.

3 night weekend

We’ve stayed at Beachers several times. We live just 1.5 hours away. This unit was super nice. 2nd floor away from the elevators and the pool noise. Bed was super comfortable. TV in LR was a little small and it is a “Roku” system that I wasn’t familiar with but was able to figure it out. Coffee maker is the perk/filter type. Overall, it was a great stay at an older property. We would come back and would recommend to friends.

Safe place

If you’re looking for a quick place to lay your head this is it. Nothing fancy or homey feel. Master bed is comfortable but the pull out bed is all springs and hard. Tiny dinette to fit two to eat. Grounds seem safe. Not really a heated pool at 65 degrees. I would prefer 77 but that’s me.

Ruined Florida vacation

The condo unit is difficult to access. The luggage cart has to be pushed up steep ramp, and can't be brought to the front door because of a step up from the sidewalk to the corridor that leads to the front door of the condo.When we finally moved in, we had no hot water. Our host was very responsive and tried to get maintenance to help, but was unsuccessful. After 3 days it was determined that problem could not be fixed and we left.

The Condo was great, amazing view from the balcony. Unfortunately there was no hot water for the shower and the TV was complicated to navigate and did not have any good channels.

Lovely little place right on the beach - it was exactly what I was looking for for a solo weekend away. The pool was awesome, the view was awesome. Highly recommend.
