Great experience

Great place to enjoy the beach with family. The condo was perfect for a family of four. Terence was super helpful and responsive to questions. We had a great time in the heated pool and on the white sandy beach.

Fantastic second stay

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint! Super clean, arriving and checking in a breeze as usual and of course having everything we needed ready and available to prepare meals, sleep comfortably and the 2 second walk to the pool and beach is the cherry on top! The ease of being able to reach and speak with Terence is one of the many reasons we contiune to choose this condo when we visit the area!

Labor Day stay

Great experience in this condo, had everything we needed for bedding, cooking full meals, even beach toys for the kids were available. Very clean and welcoming unit. Highly recommend, had a great time.

FANTASTIC Crescent Beach vacation!

We spent the 4th of July week on Crescent Beach! The condo is absolutely perfect, easy access to the pools and the beach, but very private and not crowded. Completely equipped with everything we needed, only a short drive to some great restaurants. Highly recommend this unit!

Great location!

This condo was located near the pool and beach. It came equipped with everything needed for our stay. From beach towels, beach chairs, pools toys, we didn’t need to buy anything! Many restaurants within 20 minutes of driving distance! Very nice beach that was not crowded. Terence was quick to respond and very accommodating! We hope to return soon!

We had a great time in a lovely setting.

We had a good time visiting historic places in St. Augustine, which isn’t far away, but this condo is especially nice for spending time at the beach. The condo is very nice, the grounds lovely, the pool is great, and the beach is close. It all added up to a great time.

Nice place

The condo had everything we needed. Lots of extra towels, washcloths, blankets & pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the heated pool. Very short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Livingroom could use some additional comfortable chairs. Would stay again.

Perfect beach getaway condo

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed beachside condo! The owner was very professional in all communications from reservation and payments to check-in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens, towels, etc were provided. If planning beach time, you should bring your own chairs. We would definitely consider this place if visiting the area again.

Wonderful place!

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Florida. Terrence, our host, was very responsive to all our questions. The condo is in a beautiful beachside location with the beach accessible by a short walk over the boardwalk The unit is well stocked, immaculate and comfortable. Wonderful decor. We weren't able to enjoy the patio our the great pool area because of the cool Florida winter spell while there. Can't wait to come back

Great Vacation!

This was our first time doing Vrbo and we had such a great experience. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. It felt very welcoming. The complex was great, the pool was heated, cleaned and very nice. The beach was so close and just a quick walk. The beach itself was so pristine and not crowded. The owner provided plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. I highly recommend this place, especially for families. The owner was extremely communicative and attentive to any needs or issues that arose. Thank you so much for sharing your beach condo with us!

Wonderful Condo in a great complex by the beach!

This is a wonderful vacation condo to stay in. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach, and is an easy walk. I walked on the beach every day and sometimes I took two walks. How nice to just wander down to the beach and read and sunbathe for a while. Everything you need is in the condo unit. It's very comfortable, and they did not scrimp on what they provided, rather they put higher end, higher quality items in the unit - such as furniture, dishes, glasses, towels, etc. There are extra supplies if you need them - beach toys for children, boogie boards, beach bags, beach towels. I would definitely stay at this unit again. The owner was easy to work with. I love Crescent Beach. It was never crowded.
