This brand new spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located just 150 metres away from the Seafront and the lovely Promenade of Bugibba in St Paul's Bay.
Apartment has many comforts, like Air Conditioning unit in every room, Insect Screens, well equipped kitchen, nice sofa beds with chaisse lounge, FREE WiFi in all rooms, 32inch IPTVs, fans, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and nice balconies and terraces.
In the area, there are several shops, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets, etc. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and with air-conditioning.
It is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 1 & 2 bedroom flats).

This 70 sqm apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, L shape kitchen dining and living area with a sofa bed and an extra single bed. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
NOTICE: Having the promenade so close, one can see a bit the sea from the balconies/Terraces, however we do not guarantee any sea views or floor level.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.
- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.
- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.
Close to shops, village centre and all amenities.
Close to bars, and restaurants. Some are also walking distance to casinos and nightclubs.
Close to and easily reachable to and from the ferries and the airport. Also all apartments are close to ferries and one day cruise departure points to discover Gozo and Comino (Blue Lagoon).
