Relaxing and romantic

Our stay was just what we needed. The property was clean, and just like the listing. We were 5 minutes from everything , shopping, food and entertainment. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

A New Favorite!

We usually head to Hocking Hills for our little winter cabin trips, but decided to try Amish Country this year and were pleasantly surprised. The Wild Rose Cabin was absolutely delightful. Clean & cozy, with many thoughtful extras (books, games, cozy throws etc) to make their guests feel right at home. It is evident that Cricket Hill Cabins have put thought into creating a place that was inviting and restful.

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here primarily because they were willing to do less than a 2 night minimum stay. The check in process is no hassle. The directions we were given were very helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. And there is a super cute dog that loves to come say hello. We would've preferred a softer mattress, but that is a personal preference.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub and kitchen appliances. We requested a sheet pan so we could use the oven to cook some of our dinners, and they had one dropped off at the cabin within hours of our request. The towns nearby were nice. We did a little bit of sightseeing while we there. The only negative I have is that the listing is listed as secluded, but is right next to a small barn/workshop of a house about 20 yards away, and there is another cabin visible from the back porch where the hot tub is. Overall, we had a very nice stay and the property manager was very responsive to our requests. Would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet but uncomfortable bed

We absolutely loved the location of this property! It was so peaceful and quiet and surrounded by woods. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and really enjoyed the warm welcome from the neighbor’s little dog. She was so sweet! The cabin was clean, the sheets and pillows were spotless and fresh, and we loved the hot tub and amenities. We also liked the Youtube TV. However I was very surprised by how uncomfortable the bed was (and how no reviews mentioned that). It felt like we were laying on a wood board and both of us didn’t sleep well leading to us not wanting to do much the next day due to fatigue and some back pain. For the price of this rental I would absolutely expect a much better mattress. You could find a better one in a cheap motel. Please consider upgrading it for guests in the future! Also I agree with another review that stated that the rugs (under the table and next to the bed) were dangerous and the edges kept rolling up causing us to trip. Thanks for an easy check in process and a wonderful stay at your cabin!

Peaceful snowy visit

The Wild Rose cabin is beautifully nestled in the trees. It has everything you need. Dishwasher is a plus. Loved watching the snow from the hot tub! A relaxing getaway.

Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice getaway cabin!! Clean, comfortable & private. Indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub were great! Close proximity to local activities. Property manager.was easy to communicate with and aims to please!! Had a great time!!! Only problem was I didn’t book it for long enough!! Would definitely stay here again!! …….Just longer next time!!
