Great location!

This was our first time to Virginia Beach and our first using VRBO and it was great! The building has a balcony that directly faces the beach and we were right on the boardwalk; it was a very nice trip and we would definitely book again!

Can't wait to return!

This condo had beautiful views, perfect access to the beach and fishing pier, and everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. It was great to have beach chairs for use.

Perfect Family Vacation

Location of the property and layout of the condo was excellent! Beach items noted in the listing were broken. Owner quickly responded to an AC issue. Several minor repairs needed. Overall a good stay.

Quick family get together

This was just what we were looking for. Great views of the beach. Good little condo. Carol was very helpful with restaurant and things to do ideas. It is at the end of boardwalk which was fine with us.

Wonderful Stay

Carol was a great host. The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect, on the quieter end of the boardwalk but walking distance to everything, including Rudee inlet fishing boats. This was an amazing family vacation!

Great location, and great host!

Nothing but good things to say, this condo is very nice. We lo ed that it was located at the quiet end of th3 beach, but still so. Lose to everything we wanted to do. Easy to lick up the trolley to head north. Carol made us aware of issues with the condo, and made sure to take care of them. We highly recommend staying here, and will be back!

Fun weekend

Stayed here with a group of friends for us to meet our best friends baby and the place was perfect-we could walk and set up on the beach, go to bars and not have to worry about not having a car or plans each night there was always something to do

Great Vacation

We had the best time. The views from the balcony were amazing for watching the sunrises every morning. Carol, the property owner, was very helpful and informative. Condo was very clean. Loved the water pressure! Will definitely stay here next time we go to VA Beach.

Great getaway

Everything was perfect. The location right on the beach was great. The apartment was large, comfortable and well equipped. The owner provided a lot of useful information on things to do in the neighborhood. We will certainly consider returning

Most guests do park one car free at my house since parking is at a premium during the summer.

We have a fully staffed front desk who are available 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist you.
It is a secured building and everyone must have their room pass to enter or exit.
The pool is salt water and also has a door leading out to the ocean. The gym overlooks the beach and is open 24 hours a day.
During the season, the front desk has limited additional parking spaces for rent at $100 per week which you can book after you are a paid guest..Please call them directly at 757-425-6166 after you are booked.
