We are positive you will find the perfect beach condominium to suit your needs! Dolphin Run's ocean front condominiums offer luxurious 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent. All condominiums are completely furnished (except for linens, towels, cleaning supplies and paper products).
Each condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, (including microwave ovens). All condominiums have internet WI-FI access. Our large contemporary lobby overlooks the boardwalk with incredible views of the beach and oceanfront. Relax and take in the view, or find a quiet spot to read or utilize the WI-FI. We also offer on-site reserved parking, two elevators, laundry facilities, and 24-hour security. With our rooftop sundeck, indoor heated salt water pool and fitness center, there is always something to keep you comfortable and entertained.

Perfect vacation property

Everything was clean and neat. Sanitized very well in baths and kitchen where it was most necessary. Living spaces, excellent especially since we were there during tropical storm and spent most of of our time inside . We will hopefully plan another stay. My children loved the condo!!!!

Parking Issues, Poor communication

Big problem for second vehicle parking. Very poor communication. Location and unit were nice, But for a unit that sleeps 8 there was only 1 assignmened parking space, We were told on 3 different phone and text communications that parking would be available for a second vehicle in a overflow parking area across the street for $25 per day, When we arrived they said-"We don't have parking for you and someone should have told you the city takes over that overflow parking lot Oct 1st, And you can not park your second vehicle there" We were never told that otherwise We wouldn't have considered this unit.

I would recommend this place it was so homey and comfortable and attractive gave the beach feel the staff were excellent and fast to react to a request great place definitely stay there again.

Memorial day weekend 2022

Communication confusion between VRBO, property and myself. I placed a phone call to property but was still given incorrect information particularly about parking. We arrived to confusion, non- working room keys and dirty linen and rented chairs and umbrella in the unit. While the manager Brianna was nice and worked really hard to fix things it made for a bumpy beginning.
