Beautiful condo with fantastic view!

This great condo was recently renovated and everything is brand new. Wonderful decor and well-appointed. The ocean view from the lanai and the master bedroom is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean. Location was prime literally 200 ft off a beautiful clean beach. I never had issues finding chairs around the pool or oceanside. Very very nice, we had an great stay. Thank you!

Sea La Vie.... across the street from Publix!

Perfect condo! Everything is exactly as pictured. All kitchen amenities are new; kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to cook, air-fry, bake, mix and serve! The sandy beach is literally steps away...and so is a Publix store! This is such an unexpected "bonus" to be able to get groceries with a 2 minute walk. We would definitely come back to Sea La Vie - a perfect vacation spot!

Spot on description

Host communicated 100% effectively. Unit as described to the tee. Keyless entry is modern and super convenient. View is absolutely gorgeous. Bedrooms are large and the screened in balcony is nice. Modern appliances that work. Kitchen well stocked. Very nice place. Only thing that would make it better would be in unit laundry but there are machines on property. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Getaway!

I can’t say enough good things! This was a home away from home. Clean, cozy and furnished with all you need to eat in if desired. Decorated beautifully! If you want to go out plenty of great restaurants close by. The location is an easy commute to shops, boating and restaurants. The distance from the condo to the beach made life so easy and enjoyable. The kids never left the ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee watching the dolphins and wine during the evening sunsets. We can’t to visit again and look forward to working with Luanda again. Our overall stay and experience was great!

Absolutely perfect! We loved the location as we were looking for something quiet and relaxed. Publix is right across the street so easy access to food and drink. The entire facility was immaculate as was this unit. The unit was spotless and well appointed. Plenty of bowls, cups, storage, toaste, coffee pot both drip and and pod. Theyve thought of everything including multiple beach towels and beach totes. The bath towels were super fluffy and plentiful. Lors of pillows and very comfortable beds. I loved the outdoor furniture, cozy cgairs and a coach plus the balcony was screened so no bugs. View was fantastic. Truly could not rate this high enough.oh great pool, well kept, lounge chairs plentiful at the pool and near the beach and they are cleaned every day. Fantastic communication with host.

Everything about this place was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and decorated so elegantly. The place wasn’t a huge place but they used every ounce of space to provide the things we needed. I really appreciated having beach accessories that we could use during our stay. Luanda was very responsive with all the questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is everything we hoped it would be - very modern, completely updated and upgraded (70” flat screen in the living room!? Wow
) and extremely clean throughout
all while giving us a magnificent view of Fort Myers Beach.Beach access was as good as it gets. You’re just steps away from the Gulf and the pool is nice as well. The property and beachfront were as well maintained as the condo itself.Every interaction with Luanda was a pleasure. We look forward to our next visit!!

We will definitely come back. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Updated, clean, great location, and pretty much everything you needed was there. The bldg as well was well kept as was the pool and grill area. Beach was right there too!!! As one that is not a fan of pets, appreciated the fact that the unit was pet-free as well as the building. And the host was amazing, very responsive. We had shared a minor things with her just as an FYI and she sent someone within a few hours to immediately resolve!!! We would definitely recommend this spot and would definitely return!!!

Sea La Via was the perfect place for our short family weekend away. Our host (Luanda) was very attentive to ensuring we had the right information and details on the area and described the condo unit thoroughly. The unit is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach with easy access from the parking lot to the fourth-floor unit. The views from the unit were beautiful, and it was an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of restaurants close by, along with a Publix grocery store across the road, which was walkable. You could tell the host invested (time & funds) in the condominium, as the unit, including the balcony, was styled in attractive furniture and high-end furnishing.We typically stay at four or five rentals per year, and this was a great place and choice.

The unit was great! Very clean and well maintained. There were beach chairs available for our use along with an umbrella. All of the other guests were pleasant. There is still a lot of FMB that is rebuilding so it’s a pretty calm area as of now. The host was extremely responsive on all of our requests.

Very cute!!

It was a very cute condo and perfect location! Beach was very quite. Not a lot of people which we loved. We gave a 4 star on cleanliness due to some of the fan remotes, tv remotes, and appliances being sticky but overall great experience!!

Motion detecting devices in bedrooms

I repeatedly contacted the owner regarding motion detecting devices in the bedrooms and was told two times they would be turned off. The owner cited they were for security. While she was responsive to my calls/texts, she lied to me more than once. The third call to the owner resulted in telling her telling me she wouldn't turn them off and they are for security. Motion detecting devices were not disclosed and are a violation of published VRBO owner rules. I contacted VRBO today and was told I should have called the 1st day. Sea la vie condominium was fantastic our family loved staying there kids enjoyed it it was directly on the beach so you didn’t have to drive unless you wanted to try a different beach publix super market was directly across the street it made it very convenient to by Groceries without having to drive to far away the condo itself was very clean well kept has all the Necessities for your stay I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a nice beach getaway. Great Ocean Front Condo with Fantastic View

Great condo / apartment in a convenient location. With a restaurant and grocery store across the street, you can spend a whole week here without getting in your car. Everything was neat as a pin upon arrival, highly recommend.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Sea La Vie is located at Seaside Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I have vacationed at Seaside Condo since I was 18 years old with my parents and later with my own family. When the opportunity came to buy a vacation property, I knew it had to be at Seaside Condo. The building is located mid island, which means that it's close enough to Times Square (it's about 2.5 miles) while being far away enough that you are not in the middle of chaos on a daily basis. The beach is only a few steps away from the building, especially during high tide. You can actually hear the waves with the doors and windows closed. The fact that the building is located literately across from the supermarket is a great plus. Cross over and get your supplies whenever you need. There are many condos in FMB, but Sea La Vie @ Seaside is a truly a special place. Also check out Luna Sea property # 1548440.
