Hi Joanna, Thank you for your feedback. Note that this feedback was not for this home but a home originally booked but had to be cancelled due to occupancy rules. We list the occupancy limits of the home in the listing under the house policies section. Here is the text of that. Maximum overnight guests: 11 "Only 10 adults and no more than 6 single adults" It is also noted further down in the House Rules. "No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We do not allow more 10 adults and no more than 6 single adult guests." In addition it is listed in the rental agreement that everyone must agree to when they book the home. Here is the text of that. "4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eleven (11) persons. Maximum number of adults guests is ten (10) persons. Maximum number of single adult guests is six (6) persons." I am not sure how we can communicate that better. When guests instantly book like you did we don't have any chance to communicate with them except with the listing details. I am sorry for the negative experience. Hopefully it will help future guest checking out the reviews. If you have questions or concerns please contact us before booking. Thanks for the review, Blaine. I think maybe you meant a short walk on the ski-out, not the ski-in? You can ski directly to the home off of Bail-out trail and the neighborhood ski-in trail. The ski out has a short section with a small incline that requires v-stepping or walking. Anyway - thank you for the review and detailing the ski-in/ski-out. Gabriel Higham
