We loved this condo for the ease of check-in, cleanliness, and nearby amenities. Throughout the day into the early evening there is security which gave us piece of mind. There is normal wear and tear to the condo, but it was very clean upon our arrival. We liked that they had a broom and a vacuum in the unit to allow us to keep our living space clean. The elevators were fast and the first night there were carts for us to bring our luggage up easier. Bathrooms were very spacious as my 6’4 fiancĂ© usually has problems with showers being too short when we book places, but he loved this shower! The vent near the shower definitely needs cleaned, but I’m sure it’s just all the moisture from the showers building up. I brought our own toiletries from home but their supplied shampoo and conditioner smelled heavenly. Stove and microwave were clean when we arrived, the coffee maker and toaster worked well. Ice machine in the freezer was nice and produced enough for drinks throughout the day. Bring your own spices if you plan on cooking as there are none in the unit. Plenty of matching cups, bowls, and plates and in great shape but their pans, tongs, and knives were all very worn out and mismatched. The only hairdryer is in the smaller bathroom. We had four people total and there are only three chairs on the balcony, so someone had to sit on the ground or bring out their beach chair.

Very nice rooms and amenities for the money

Rooms are very nice, great location for pcb. Lots within walking distance. Of you brings jetskis or boats like we did, there are storage lots very close for overnight storage.

NOT worth the money.

We had to continuously wait on the elevators during our entire stay. When we trying were leaving we had to wait over 2 hours on the elevator. There’s only 2 in the entire complex and one of them wasn’t working. The complex is not handicap accessible. I need the right hand rail going up and down stairs. The beach access did not allow for that. I don’t understand why an access code is needed for the bathrooms near the pool but were not given the code to the bathroom. We had to ask other visitors. There was no ramp access. The public beach access is only a partial ramp as there are stairs at the bottom of the ramp. The rooms and the pool are no where near as big as the pictures make them appear. There’s a dangerous slope where the elevator entrance meets the hallway. I nearly fell. Nothing is being done to fix these problems.

Great Trip

Everything was clean and stocked very well. The condo had a great view from the 4th floor. The location was amazing only minutes from all areas of PCB. We will visit and stay here again.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. My only complaint is the elevators at the condo. They are very very slow and you can expect to wait about 10+ minutes every time you need it. Overall the room was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!

This unit was updated, clean, and conveniently located near the elevator. The view from the balcony was perfect. It had typical wear and tear from regular use, but that is expected. The complex as a whole was great, and everyone was friendly. We hope to stay here again!

PCB ‘22

Beautiful condo! Clean and great location! Quiet and relaxing! Staff was amazing and nice! Only issue we had was the first bedroom as you walk in had problems with the tv signal. You could watch tv for a bit and then it would randomly start searching for a signal and would say something about inclement weather even when it was a beautiful day. Other than that, would highly recommend to anyone!

AC did not function properly, condo needs maintenance

This condo was not in the conditioned we expected, especially for the price. The AC did not cool and function properly (and yes we kept the balcony doors shut), there was scuff marks and cosmetic damage throughout the unit mostly on walls. The freezer never made ice and always had condensation running out of it. And the footstool on balcony was busted through. Overall, I expected to have a nicer more upkept condo for the price. Also, the elevators take at least 10 minutes to come since they only have 2 for the entire condominium with 18 floors.

The good - beds are large and comfortable. Easy in, easy out of deck. No pushy security or management. Room was clean and has a large layout that separates the two bedrooms. Master bedroom is to the back so you don’t get breezeway noise. Also has two access points to the balcony. Bad - needs a paint job really bad. Doesn’t have a broom in the room so what you bring in, stays there until you leave. Some lights need replacing. Exhaust fan in master bath sounds like a rocket ship. Overall, nice room and a fair price.

There were a lot of things that needed updating.. walls were are scuffed. Furniture was in bad shape Chair in bedroom was stained. One of the outside chairs were broke. Baseboards were and inside of stove were dirty. We had to buy toilet cleaner for toilet. Staff was very nice and ocean view was great.

Not what I expected

I’ve used vrbo for many years and this was my first bad experience. The condo was dirty upon arrival and the overall condition was very dated and poor quality. When I talked to management about the uncleanliness, leftover food under the couch, black mold like dirt where you grip to slide open doors, windows and mirrors all smeared....., they said housekeeping would call and come but I never heard from anyone again. I had a three year old touching everything so I had to clean myself. We put towels on upholstery furniture to sit because the dirtiness was so visible. Would never rent or recommend this property.
