Lovely space

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home is very charming, full of character. Our hosts were very gracious, greeting us with a snack and making sure we knew all about the property. Highly recommend this property.

Traumhaftes Burgund

Wunderbare Gastgeber empfingen uns in großer Herzlichkeit. Das Haus in seinem musealen Charme ist ganz toll eingerichtet. Es ist wildromantisch, komfortabel mit einer schönen Terrasse und hat incl. Wein-Kühlschrank in der Küche (eben die Bourgogne) alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub in einer landschaftlich tollen Umgebung mit ganz feinen und freundlichen Menschen benötigt. Die Garage hat auch ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder, die in der Gegend (Canal du centre) sehr empfehlenswert sind. Wir haben ausschließlich positive bleibende Erinnerungen mitgenommen.

Our stay at La Rochepot

We had the most wonderful stay in La Rochepot. Jeannot and Edith could not have been nicer, from the drinks and snacks to welcome us to the emotional good byes when we left. The house is charming and is even better than the photos. Beautifully decorated in period furnishings and tastefully accompanied by all the amenities we could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Stongly recommend this property and the owners are darlings

Schönes, großzügiges mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Haus.

Ein Haus voller kleiner und größerer Kostbarkeiten, von denen man jeden Tag wieder etwas neues entdeckt. Die Küche ist riesig und super ausgestattet. Wir hatten Ende Sept noch wunderbares Wetter und konnten auch die große Terrasse nutzen. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, man spürt dass Ihnen das Ferienhaus und die Gäste wichtig sind.

Ce gîte est très Charmant et ne laisse rien à désirer en ce qui concerne le confort moderne. Nous avons particulièrement aimé de décontracter sur la belle Terrasse.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Tout était parfait, nous nous sentions très à l'aise. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, rien ne manque. Nous avons profité de la terrasse tous les jours. Nous apprécions particulièrement le fait que vous soyez loin de l'agitation et que vous puissiez encore faire beaucoup de choses. .

Wonderful!

This was our second trip to La Rochepot and we still love it. Our hosts were gracious, welcoming and did all they could to insure our stay was enjoyable. The house is great, the area beautiful and the people friendly. You can do as much as you want or you can just enjoy the gite. We will be back.

Classic French gem

Beautiful house with terraces on both sides of the property to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. You do need a car to get around but it is well worth the little drives to get a true feel of the countryside. Our hosts were so kind and were there for anything we needed. We had a memorable stay.

wie im Museum...

Edith et Jeanneau Chapeau!!!!!!!!! Eine geräumige, gemütliche, mit viel Feingefühl und Geschmack eingerichtete Unterkunft auf 2 Ebenen mit eigener Garage und einer großen Terasse. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft, mit Begrüssung im Weinkeller bei Weißwein mit Cassis und Brioche bei der Ankunft, und bei der Verabschiedung mit einem Kaffee am Morgen. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Absolute Empfehlung!

A magical village

We loved our stay at Gite Labry! Everything was so great, from the warm welcome with wine tasting and brioche to the comfy beds and multiple terraces. Edith has appointed the home with everything you will need. We loved walking the village and it’s surrounding area. So peaceful and friendly. The enormous ancient chateau (currently empty) is fascinating to look upon and walk the paths around. We went to a wonderful market in a nearby town, had dinner at a chateau, wine tasting and so much more. I highly recommend staying in this fair village if you are looking for a quiet, secluded base in Burgundy.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans un gite superbe aménagé avec goût. La propriétaire est particulièrement aux petits soins et tout a été pensé pour anticiper le bien-être des hôtes. Nous avons rarement été accueilli de la sorte !!! Un grand merci pour ce séjour inoubliable.

La Rochepot Perfection

From start to finish this rentals a must destination. The owners are quite lovely and greeted us with wine and sweets. The property is fabulous and has every amenity you could need. By far the cleanest rental ever! Great location near beautiful chateaus and vineyards. Local restaurant in Nolay (Cafe Midupi) is fabulous and quite resonable. $45 eu pp for a 4 course meal. We will be back to this property again!

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schönes Haus, es besticht durch die Kombination altes Haus, fast museumsartig mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten. Super Küche, sehr schönes Bad. Grosser Balkon und separate gedeckter Sitzplatz. Mitten im Dorf, gleich neben zwei Weingütern. Extrem netter, herzlicher Empfang mit Kir und selbstgemachte Kuchen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Schönes Burgunderhaus mit sehr speziellem Interieur

Wir haben zu viert sechs schöne Tage in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung verbracht und sie dabei aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Gegenden und Ortschaften genutzt , von denen uns vor allem Beaune und Dijon ganz wunderbar gefallen haben . Das Haus hat alles , was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu noch eine ganz tolle große Sonnenterrasse mit umfangreichen Mobiliar. Edith und Jeannot haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen , uns mit Kir und Brioche bewirtet und alles Wichtige erläutert und erklärt . Das war eine wirklich nette Geste ! Vielen Dank !

Un séjour inoubliable!

Quelle merveilleuse maison ancestrale, magnifiquement décorée alliant les éléments d’autrefois avec des touches de modernisme aux endroits clés (cuisine et salle de bain. Extrêmement bien équipée il fait bon y vivre. De belles terrasses ensoleillées rajoutent au charme de la propriété. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse inouïe et l’accueil fait chaud au coeur. Jamais nous n’oublierons ce séjour. Nous le recommandons fortement!!!

“ Vintage” home in Bourgogne region

We were greeted by our friendly hosts upon arrival and from that moment on we were enchanted with the home and the small village of La Rochepot. Visiting nearby towns to shop “force” you to venture out and experience the area (otherwise, we might have been inclined to spend all our time at the home!). We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Fantastic!

Edith and her husband were wonderful hosts! They welcomed us with a fresh baked brioche and wine, showed us around Edith’s childhood home, and we had a great time cooking in their kitchen and relaxing in wine country. Completely recommend!!! 5 stars
