One of the best properties we have stayed at and the absolute best owners/management group to work with. Always very professional and personable communication. Highly recommend this cabin for proximity, quality, value, and amenities.

The cabin was amazing. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. They were also well stocked with towels. We enjoyed the hot tub and lots of pool was played. The location is great for going to Pigeon Forge. The only two negatives were in the primary. There is a foam pad on top of the mattress that doesn’t fit well. We also could not locate the remote to change the ceiling fan speed as it is stuck on a very low setting. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin, hot tub, and pool, and that the location worked well for your trip. We appreciate you bringing the mattress pad and ceiling fan concerns to our attention so we can look into them. We’d love to welcome you back for another Smoky Mountain getaway!

We absolutely loved this cabin. The game room was fun and already had some board games as well. The kitchen was well equipped to my surprise. We were able to do breakfast and dinner. The guys loved the access to the fishing pond and they were able to catch a few. We had 8 adults so the only downfall we had was only having two bathrooms and having to rotate/wait on others to finish but I will definitely book this cabin again. It was very nice for our first trip to Tennessee!!! Didn’t take many pictures of the cabin itself but it was beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved all the games and activities available downstairs and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and the host was accessible and easy to get ahold of if needed. We appreciated the proximity to the downtown Pigeon Forge area and the commute to Dollywood was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property was fantastic and the host was sweet and communicated well BUT I didn’t love VRBO as a whole. I wish they would’ve been more clear about the 500 hold on my card when I booked the house and the communication with VRBO SUCKED. Automated crap. No humans available other than the host that couldn’t help me with the stuff on VRBOs end.

Thank you for your kind words about the property and our team! We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with VRBO. When booking through VRBO, guests agree to our policies, including the $500 damage deposit hold, which is also outlined in the reservation contract we personally send before arrival. Unfortunately, we can only assist with matters on our end of the reservation, and VRBO must handle questions or concerns related to their platform. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay!

We had a great trip and this cabin was just what we needed. Incredible location, clean, comfortable, completely stocked and great for our group of 8. The kids (12,13,14,14) used the pool table, ping pong and hot tub nearly every night. The manager was super attentive and easy to work with. Thank you for a great stay!

The cabin was pretty. However, I found dirty linen and utensils during our stay. There were instructions for the air and they were not programmed correctly. Staff was very easy to get ahold of and quick to reply. The hot tub was filled up so high that when you stepped in the water just flowed over the top. Not a big deal. Overall it was not bad.
