Pigeon River Cottage i Pigeon Forge ombyggdes helt i januari 2020, för din semester njutning. Den har nya möbler, apparater, sÀngklÀder, TV och DVD. Den har 3 sovrum med king size-sÀngar och TV-apparater och ett vÄningssÀng rum med en uppsÀttning av tvÄ vÄningssÀngar. Stugan rymmer max 8 personer. Det finns 3 fulla bad och en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Köket Àr vÀlutrustat med en Mr. Kaffe & Keurig kaffebryggare, lÄngsam spis, mixer och bagelbrödrost och nya köksapparater. Matbordet har plats för 8 och baren har plats för 3. Stugan ligger pÄ en cul de sac, i ett lugnt, avslappnande omrÄde, pÄ den vÀstra delen av Little Pigeon River bara 2 minuter till Parkway. GÄ bort frÄn den 3 biltÀckta carporten till floden för att slÀppa, vada eller fiska eller njuta av badtunnan pÄ dÀck med utsikt över floden. Ta med kajaker och flottör till Apple Barn. Njut av naturen lÀngs vandringsleden och se gÀss, grÀsandar, örnar och blÄ hÀger som besöker dagligen. Grill och utomhus matbord, gungor och rockers Àr redo för dig att njuta av pÄ carport och dÀck. BasketmÄl och olika brÀdspel, PS4 och ett arkadbord pÄ 60 spel med kabel-tv och 200 MB WiFi finns tillgÀngliga. BekvÀmt för Apple Barn, och mÄnga andra restauranger samt alla lokala attraktioner. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc. loved having 3 king beds & linens being included. Cool spot next to the river & close to pigeon forge We would stay again.

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and liked it. It is quiet there but close to town. It was nice sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the creek. We would definitely book here again for a trip. Would have been nice if the tv in the bedroom to the left when coming into the house had it where you could watch Netflix. The woman that cleaned the house done a excellent job making sure it very clean and everything. The swings underneath was nice sitting in watching people fish in the creek or watching the ducks in the mornings.

This was our first time staying at this location and the property owner was very easy to work with. The location was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we plan on returning next year. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying here! The whole family enjoyed the house/property so much. We loved that there was enough space for all of us (6 adults, 2 children), and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved all the seating outdoors and being right on the river. We saw wildlife all day long, and I really enjoyed the walking path for morning walks. This house is an amazing location with a 10 minute drive TOPS to pretty much anything in Pigeon Forge but a quiet, serene neighborhood that feels like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay!

Easy contactless check in, information sent to you. Very clean property on the water. You can sit on upper deck or lower porch to enjoy nature. Has a hot tub but we did not utilize it. Great location, close to everything.

The check in was easy. Kitchen, living room, dining room were all open and was perfect for the extended family situation. The Stucky’s had written instructions that were very clear and spot on. Very organized household and very comfortable.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owners could not have been quicker in their response time. This was my first VRBO experience and I am beyond pleased. We visit Pigeon Forge often as a family and I will certainly be back at this location if it's available.

River Cottage - beautiful !

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful riverfront home. It’s on the water and you don’t even notice your neighbors. It seems you’re deep in the woods but 5 minutes from everything !! Beds were soft and comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bath room. Nice that each room had at least one luggage rack if not 2. Kitchen was well appointed and we had what we needed to make meals. But be sure to bring your own spices and condiments. Deck was a great place to spend evenings. Hot tub was very nice after a busy day. Overall 
 wonderful home !!

My church group was staying here for our Women Of Joy retreat. It was so relaxing and comfortable, they decided to cancel their plans to go shopping between sessions, and just stay at the house instead. Awesome hosts, everything was perfect!

Beautiful property with fishing access!

The home is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is filled with look-a-like rentals, so make sure to know your house number! So close to everything, but the street is far enough away to feel serene. We loved the access to the Little Pigeon River. The only down side was the scent of moth balls.

We are the Stuckeys from Columbia, MS. We are lifelong residents of Marion County and live 10 miles from Columbia in the county. We have one son, Josh. We have always lived on farms, and enjoy the outdoors, from hunting and fishing to various outdoor sports. We are active in our church and local volunteer fire department, as well as other service activities. We enjoy supporting our local school archery team and the area community college that we both attended and Josh attended.
We enjoy hosting and providing a family friendly home to vacation in. We have set up the cottage to provide for almost every need you might have. The comfort of our guests is very important to us. We have been extremely fortunate to have many families return each year.

FYI: it is not a baby proof home and there are no baby gates, high chairs, etc. in the home. There are no priceless items on tables. If a lamp or nativity scene gets broken, just let us know and we will get it replaced.

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this cottage after owning a cabin in the Wears Valley area for 3 years. We wanted to be closer to town and have a river view. The Mountain View’s were priceless, but winter weather created difficulties in reaching the cabin. Pigeon River Cottage is accessible year-round regardless of the winter weather! It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing by the river and close to all the local attractions and restaurants. We have covered parking, trees and grass and more privacy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Having the river 30 feet from the cottage provides the sound of the moving water and various types of water fowl. There are geese on the river as well as blue herons, eagles and mallard ducks. Occasionally, you will spot otters and many species of birds, squirrels and rabbits are always around. You can bring your tubes or kayaks and enjoy floating on the river or bring your fishing gear and fish. The back deck and ground level porch are wonderful places to relax and enjoy the river and animals. There are rockers on both the front and back decks, and the back deck has a dining area for four as does the lower deck. The lower deck also has a grill and swing with shade from the trees in the yard providing an area for kids to play.
