Fair Meadow-reträtten ligger på en mycket lugn återvändsgränd i Montgomery Estates-området i South Lake Tahoe. Det är en perfekt plats för familjen att samla och ansluta igen. Denna plats är centralt belägen, en kort bilresa till sjön, till Heavenly Ski Resort till byn med shopping och restauranger.

Fair Meadow-familjen tillflyktsort har ett stort ingångsrum med öppet vardagsrum, matplats och kök. Vardagsrummet är accentuerat av en vedeldad spis, välvda tak, en mysig soffa (och kasta filtar för svala vinterkvällar) och låta barnen sitta och spela spel eller göra ett pussel. Matsalbordet har plats för 8 och det finns en skjutreglage till trädgården för sommargrillar (gården är inte inhägnad). Köket är välutrustat för familjens kock för att förbereda måltider för alla. Det finns en 5-brännare gas spis, alla apparater i rostfritt stål, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Ett halvt badrum och tvättstugan slutför bottenvåningen.

Det första sovrummet har en tvilling över full våningssäng med en extra rullande säng.
Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng
Det finns ett komplett badrum med badkar / duschkombo i korridoren.
Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, med en dubbel futon (perfekt för små), ett master badrum med kakel dusch. Det finns en TV i sovrummet.

Great rental home

House was amazing, so clean and wonderfully decorated. Close to casinos, beach and shopping/restaurants. Neighborhood is super quiet. House was fully equipped with dishes and kitchen items, spices etc. Lots of room and nice backyard area. Great for families!

Winter wonderland

This home was the perfect holiday getaway for our family. The neighborhood is adorable and easy access to open meadows for sledding and dogs to play in was so nice!

Valhalla wedding

Our family of 8 persons that included two young children found this home to be very comfortable, clean and "kid friendly" for our long weekend to attend our nephew's wedding. The home is in a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood convenient to most South Shore activities but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing. Thank you.

Beautiful and SO clean

What a lovely home with everything we could need. We enjoyed the beautiful quiet residential area and appreciated the fenced backyard because we needed to travel with our dogs. I wish I owned this house but since I don't we would love to rent it again. Tahoe is so beautiful with something for everyone year round. Thank you for sharing this home with us.

The property suddenly became unavailable a week or so before our stay for no clear reason. The management company was quick to find us a substitute place, which was OK but not what we had wanted. Too small and they did not give us sufficient discount given the serious inconvenience. We never stayed here so book at your own risk. They may bait and switch.

Fair Meadow Family Retreat - Great stay for the price!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fair Meadow Family Retreat was fairly good. First, we thought the 2471F was square footage, that is not correct so a little misleading. It is closer to about 1,600-1,700 sq ft. But in a quiet neighborhood. Had garage access (one car, tight fit for a van). Location is south of South Lake Tahoe, about 15-20 minutes to get to the main areas to visit. Only 10 minutes to either of the two main grocery stores. Kitchen was adequate but some outdated items, huge sink was great with sprayer and disposal and huge fridge/freezer that was very nice. Laundry room is actually in the downstairs bathroom, washer/dryer did the job. Home has no A/C, but in the evening cooled down quite a bit with windows open for an end of June stay. Beds were comfortable. Downstairs was great and the dining room table was great. Advertises a foosball game but never saw it. Water comes on hot very fast which is a plus. Wi-Fi great. Wood type floors downstairs and in the bathroom, carpet for stairs and upstairs may be getting a little worn. Overall pleased and would recommend, the home is also at the end of the cul-de-sac.
