Wonderful!

The owner was a gem! He was quick to reply and even left wine, snacks, and a sweet handwritten note for us. The house was charming and comfortable. It is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

Great location, short walk to Kennebunkport!

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom. It’s close enough to walk to Dock Square in Kennebunkport to shop and go out for dinner. We especially enjoyed coming back after being out all day and chatting by the fireplace! We’ll be back again!

Wonderful Stay!

This home is in a fabulous location….short walk to Dock Square and just over a mile drive to Gooch’s beach. It is beautifully furnished and immaculate. Highly recommend!

Perfect Costal Maine Stay

What a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need, and is walking distance to town which made for great dinners and breakfasts. Jill & Drew were excellent hosts and so thoughtful in their house presentation! We hope to visit again next year!

Fantastic week in KPT!

Drew & Jill's home was in a perfect location for our summer vacation in Kennebunkport. Easy walk to town, close to the beach and excellent restaurant behind the house! The house was spotless and even better than the pictures in the listing. We loved the yard and outdoor shower

Wonderful stay!

We visited Kennebunkport for my cousin’s wedding and this was the perfect place for our family! It was so conveniently located to the charming downtown area. The decor and thoughtful touches really made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the nice welcome note, all the info of nearby things to do, the bottle of wine and snacks. The area is so beautiful with a cute downtown, nearby ocean and lots of trees! Check in and out was very easy and any questions were responded to quickly. Thank you Drew & Jill, we had a fantastic time! We had a fantastic time staying at Drew & Jill"s home!

Beautiful home, close to town, included everything we could possibly need!

We love this house! It is so clean and cute and had everything we could possibly need to make our vacation a success. Beaches passes and gear were included which was a huge help. It's so close to town and the beaches, it's the perfect location. Drew was easy to communicate with and made everything seamless. We can't wait to come back to stay!

Great Maine Stay

This is a very nice, very comfortable property with excellent outdoor space and easy access to downtown and the local beaches. It was clean, bright and spacious. We were able to do several day trips to visit friends and family. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. We enjoyed our Maine trip very much! Thank you!

Updated and convenient house

We enjoyed a few days at this house sand it gave us plenty of space for our family of five. The property was well stocked, beautifully updated and clean. The boys enjoyed soccer in the side yard and convince to town. Check in and communication with home owner was fantastic. We appreciated the snacks, refreshments and hand written note upon arrival too. Thank you for letting us stay.

Really Lovely Property

This was the perfect VRBO experience! The property is well maintained, clean, and even better than described. That is a rarity. It has a great Maine theme in its decorating. The furniture, bedding, and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. As a bonus, this owner does what every owner should and provided snacks, coffee, and other little touches. Small expenses go a long way to building goodwill and repeat customers! The property is near enough to downtown Kennebunkport to walk and there is an all-day breakfast place within 200 feet. The owner was communicative about check-in and check-out. I appreciate knowing that everything is ready for my stay and what is expected of me during it. There is a well thought out manual about the property and town that seems current. There are two TVs available, but no cable included. You need to plug in your own streaming info. The yard is also lovely and features a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and adirondack chairs. The garage has been converted to another living room space. There is a mini frig and TV in this space and a screen keeps insects out when the garage door is opened. (We loved that touch!) There are two off-street parking spaces included. A beach pass was provided, but not required during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone without reservation and would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and clean, clean house. The house was well appointed and anything we needed was there. Loved getting up early on the chilly mornings and putting on the gas fireplace with my first cup of coffee and conversations with my three adult children. Wonderful fall getaway

This home was ideal for our needs. It was the anchor for an extended family tour of mid coast Maine. We would definitely come back for the house and for the nearby pitch and put 9 hole golf course and Wandby Landing’s pizza just around the corner.

Kennebunkport vacation

The property looked just like what I saw on the Internet, which always isn’t the case had three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them right off my room, which I liked a big yard a nice table with an umbrella and landscaping was beautiful and the area was perfect a 10 minute walk from downtown very very quiet at night. We had a great time.
