Ju bättre än nya Westlands Lodge är ett 3 våningar hem med gott om plats för familjen att sprida ut men sedan samla igen i det vackra vardagsrummet. Platsen är perfekt, lugnt och tyst men ändå en lätt bilresa till allt South Lake Tahoe har att erbjuda-utforska bergscykellederna, Heavenly Ski Resort, skidorten Sierra At Tahoe, sjön och vackra stränder och vattenfall. Om du inte vill laga mat hemma finns det ett brett utbud av restauranger i stan att välja mellan.

När du går in i det stora rummet drar dina ögon mot de svävande välvda taken och fönstren med utsikt över skogen som bakgård. På den här våningen finns vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Vardagsrummet accentueras av en 60 "TV med Chromecast och en öppen spis (gas, lätt utan brännbehov).
Det finns skjutdörrar som leder till ett däck perfekt för sommar BBQs.

Gourmet köket har rostfria vitvaror, en gasspis, granit bänkskivor och är välutrustad för familjefester. Matbordet sitter minst 8 och det finns plats för 6 på köksön.

Uppför spiraltrappen från vardagsrummet finns ett spelloft, ett shuffleboardbord och en spelkonsol med Pacman och många andra klassiska spel. Det här är en bra plats för de unga och unga i hjärtat att koppla av.

Det stora sovrummet har en Kalifornien King Bed, en 40 "TV och en drottning bäddsoffa. Befälhavaren bad har en bubbelbadkar och en separat duschkabin.

Beautiful weekend stay

The cabin was a a perfect fit for a weekend trip to the mountains with friend. Great common space with enough personal space for everyone. Everything was clean, stocked, and had a nice personal touch. Really enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

The house was great! It fit all of us nicely and was only a 10 minute drive to the lake. If you are traveling with a bigger group I would recommend bringing a few extra beach towels.

Loved this place

I absolutely loved the house and the location to Heavenly. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. It was more than enough room for a group of 6 adults and 5 children. The only suggestion to improve the place would be to maybe make the bottom bathroom window frosted so there is more privacy at night because right now the window is clear and we were afraid of peeping-toms :D. Other than that, would love to come back to this place again.

Wonderful get away.

We had a small reunion of family members who haven't seen each other for 20 years. The house was lovely and comfortable for shared meals, games, late-night talks and room for privacy as well. Everything we needed from the kitchen to the linens was provided. The games in the loft were a huge hit for the kids and the adult kids. The Tahoe area is lovely for just about anything you want to do. We'll be back.

I melted into the leather couches and my teenage daughter loved retreating to the loft. We were able to have our own space but still felt connected. Nice place, stay out of the spa though

Spa filthy, cleaned filter 2X times to alleviate. pH way too high, chemistry off, thus cloudy water. Feared UTI. The $40 I had to pay can buy a Spa Boy visit for the next folks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is HUGE! We had family come out to visit and it fit a total of 12 of us comfortably, Very clean and the decor is beautiful. Home had all the essentials you would need pots & pans, blender, dishes. Close to shopping and food about a 10-15 min drive. Neighbors are very kind and wave as you go for walks. Only thing I would recommend to bring is a baby gate if you have Littles to block off the top of the stairs that lead to the lower level.

Beautiful home great neighborhood

We loved the layout of the house and big well equipped kitchen. Only three little things that were a slight problem. The yellow polin dust from the trees was everywhere. The spiral staircase was located in high traffic area and we had a few bumped heads. the kitch trash wad not located in an ideal area and master bathroom cold water faucet handle was broken. Sorry that was four. But overall it was a beautiful and comfortable home. we would stay there again. I loved the huge pantry!

Thank you for the review we appreciate it The faucet has been fixed! Pine pollen was horrible this year and unfortunately there is not much we can do about it, it is a consequence of the very heavy winter we had. I will see if we can install a bumper on the stair case.

While you can't expect a fully cleared property in January after many feet of snowfall we were disappointed with a couple aspects of the property. When we arrived the hot tub was covered in about 3 feet of snow, which took us over an hour to clear. Additionally the deck was completely snowed in to the point the door to the deck could not be opened. Although not in the control of the property management, we came home one evening to a neighbor (with 5 cars already jammed in their driveway) parking in our driveway, making it impossible to park on the property until they moved. The house thermostat, which is a smart thermostat which can be changed on your phone from anywhere in the world, was set at 58 degrees when we walked in. Overall the house was nice, with minor inconveniences like lack of batteries in remotes. The driveway and front entry were well cleared and accessible.

Thank you so much for the feedback, we have hired additional snow shovelers-but 25 straight days of snowfall made this January very challenging. We did learn it was the new owners first weekend at their home, it is not a rental so hopefully no more parking issues.

Rustic home in the trees

We had a wonderful time at the Westland Lodge. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and not far from the casinos and restaurants. It was furnished nicely with all updated appliances in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean. I would absolutely recommend staying there!

Amazing home!

The house is absolutely beautiful! kitchen is stocked with the essentials, plenty of linens and towels for the group. Very spacious for our group, plenty of room to be to yourself but also great to have space to be together without feeling cramped. Master bed was so comfortable I wish we could have stayed longer just to sleep on the bed. I will recommend to bring extra toilet paper, having all girls it went fairly quickly but it was mentioned in the agreement they provide starter rolls. I would 100% rent again, great communication and great rental all around.

Heavenly Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay during for the Weekend! We really appreciated the proactive email communication on road conditions as the 50 was closed on our check-in day. Because of the information we rerouted before we left the Bay Area and still arrived a little over 3 hours. Property is clean, location is great, and more than enough space for 6 audits and 4 kids!

cozy and beautiful South Lake Tahoe stay!

This was a great spot for a weekend trip to South Lake Tahoe with my group. It was spacious enough to fit 10 adults! I chose this stay for the ambiance look of the rooms, kitchen, and amenities. I also loved the look of the spiral staircase! Check in was super easy and the house was well stocked. Many people did knock their head on the spiral staircase though… I’m not too sure how that could be resolved. It’s easy to forget it’s there while you are walking back into the house from the deck. My group did enjoy all the amenities such as the hot tub, and game loft with the shuffleboard and ms. Pac Man console - however out of the 200 or so games on the console we couldn’t actually find a Ms. Pac Man game? That was odd since it was named it! The fireplace was a beautiful feature and loved the Christmas decorations still up in the house! We also made use of the streaming services connected on the living room tv and watched a few movies! However the network connection to use the master bedroom tv was not working no matter what we tried, the conclusion was that the router signal probably doesn’t reach to the master bedroom tv. Which was a bummer! One issue we found was that the bottom bathroom towel rack was loose, if you put a towel on then the bar would come off, so my group could not put their towels on and instead left them on the bathroom counter. A couple people experienced some high altitude sickness and felt the air being very dry. We did find a humidifier although there was only one. I tried to use it in the master bedroom however I couldn’t tell if it really worked. When I press “on” it shuts off about 10-15 minutes after and I didn’t feel any better with the dryness. There was a lot of ice on the streets in the neighborhood. The morning we left I think the sun melted it a bit and 2/3 of the cars ended up sliding as we drove out of the street. It was scary since we never experienced it before! We made it out alive but it was still a little jarring! Overall it was a great stay! The wide angle camera lens makes all the rooms look a little bigger than it is, but it definitely is spacious enough to fit everyone. The master bedroom is very roomy and I really liked the kitchen and dining area! The living room couch was also very comfy to sit in! I would overall recommend this stay for those looking to visit South Lake Tahoe. It is very close to Heavenly and Adventure Mountain with great access to town!

Thank you so much for the detailed review, it is greatly appreciated. I will have our IT person check the network for the primary bedroom and we will secure the towel rack. This winter is the iciest we have seen in a long time, between heavy storms in December and freezing temperatures yes our side streets are icey, glad you made it home safely.

Stunning vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing, we came right after the winter storm with record snow and thought it was going to be a trip that would be cancelled but they were able to have the place ready in time and driveway cleared. This place is absolutely amazing. No issues whatsoever even with the winter weather.
