Vi delar gärna vår lägenhet när vi är på väg att besöka vår familj. Vi blev kär i platsen och med ljuset som filtrerades in genom de stora fönstren.

Lägenheten byggnaden har bara 12 enheter; det ligger på 4 tunnland öppen gräsyta med stora barrträd. Tittar ut något av fönstren man ser himlen och tallar. Gå ut eller sitta på någon av de två däcken och se bergen landskapet är lugnt och tröstande. Ligger bara 200 meter från ytterdörren är den 6 mil Stowe rekreations- / cykelväg, där du enkelt kan cykla eller gå in i stan för att njuta av skönheten i denna typiska Vermont by.

Bäst av allt, för skidåkare aficionados, vi är bara fem miles från The Stowe Mountain Resort där man kan åka skidor eller ombord på klassiska och historiska Mt. Mansfield eller mjukare, ljusare Spruce Peak. Du kan köra eller gå till den närbelägna "Swimming Hole" Health Club om du vill bada i en uppvärmd pool eller använda sin fullt utrustat träningsrum. På sommaren är du välkommen att använda vår utomhuspool och gasgrillen vid poolen. Restaurang alternativ finns i överflöd, och du kan gå 500 meter till Sushi Yoshi eller Tres Amigos om du inte vill komma in i din bil! Stowe Cinema ligger bara en kilometer nerför vägen. Det handlar om läge, läge, läge!

Båda badrummen har helt byggts om och har golvvärme. Ett badrum har ett extra djupt badkar, perfekt för skidåkning efter skidåkning, och den andra har en glasskärmad dusch. Köket har nya apparater, röda björk skåp och bänkskivor i marmor. Sovrummen har Berber mattor med trägolv i resten av lägenheten. Det finns en Sony HD TV och Blu-ray DVD och Bose CD / Radio spelare.

Stowe är "Ski huvudstad i öst", Stowe Bike Path är en magnet för fritids cyklister och vandrare, och byn är bilden perfekt. Om du vill ha några råd eller förslag, skulle vi vara glada att dela med dig våra favoritrestauranger, specialhåll och lite kända bladverk turer.

Cozy Christmas getaway

My family and I spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at Nancy’s cozy, comfortable condo near great restaurants, shops, and skiing. Thoughtful touches, such as home baked cookies, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and even heated mattresses pads made for a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Trip

Working with Nancy was amazing. We had a slight issue getting into the condo. Her wonderful neighbor helped us out and we got in within a few minutes. The home is cozy, VERY clean and in the best location. Bed are comfortable, plenty of coffee, easy parking, and you can walk to a cider place....what more can you ask for. The location is next to the walking trail and a quick drive to the slopes or downtown. Would love to stay again! Working with Nancy was fantastic, she was so quick to reply with any questions I had. Thank you!

Property Location, location, location. Awesome spot that is very walkable and only a short drive or bus ride to the mtn. Owner Goes the extra mile. We left a set of AirPods and she worked with us to get them back. Communication was awesome. Thank you for having us.

Cozy condo in Stowe

We had a delightful ski weekend in Stowe at this condo. It was so warm and cozy - clearly someone’s home versus a generic condo. Nancy was very gracious and easy to communicate with. It was impeccably clean and well appointed. The condo is situated close to the mountain and in close proximity to all our favorite Stowe restaurants.

Just lovely!

Nancy's place felt like home, and was perfect for a work-ski trip. We were pleased with how well appointed the property was and the Wifi speeds. The property has tons of light/large windows so the views when not skiing were just gorgeous.

Perfect condo for a quick getaway to Stowe

This property was the perfect home base to go skiing at Stowe: ten minutes to mountain, super close to all restaurants, quite location, and the condo was very well equipped and clean. The owner was fantastic at communication and directions. She was very pleasant and accommodating when we wanted to come one night early. If available, will use this listing again.

Great Condo, Great Location

Our family of four (couple and two daughters, ages 4 and 7) stayed again this winter at this wonderful condo in Stowe. It is clean, spacious, located in a great location (close to downtown and the mountain), and tastefully decorated. Nancy and Paul were wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with, and even left some dessert treats and beer for us to welcome us again to their home. We would love to stay here again in the future, and we highly recommend it and them.

Perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the fall foliage

We husband and I made the road trip up to Stowe to get some fall hiking in while the foliage was still at its peak. We couldn’t have been happier with this location. The condo felt immediately like home. And, situated right next to downtown Stowe, there are plenty of great places to eat, local breweries to explore, and shops filled with the work of local artisans to browse. A special thanks to Nancy for making sure everything was in order (including some great hiking recommendations).

Cozy condo in a quiet area

The condo is on the 2nd floor, which gives more privacy and nice view of the surroundings. Lot of comfy furniture and many electronic objects. On the bike path, on a green meadow. 2 balconies for you to sit or to read.

Light filled, charming, private, well appointed home away from home!

This mid century condo is just perfect for two couples. Great sheets, the kitchen is well equipped with everything and the vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom make this cozy home feel amply sized. 4 miles up the ski mountain road to the resort and one mile to town makes for a very convienient location. Nancy was sure to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed and even arranged for fresh, homemade brownies to be awaiting upon our arrival. The home is lovely and we will rent it again....only issue was the icy walkway from the car parking lot to the front door. It can be treacherous! Thanks again Nancy!

Very nice place to stay while skiing!

This condo is very nice and suited our needs well. Very close to Stowe ski resort and many restaurants nearby. It has a nice, updated kitchen (loved the Nespresso coffee machine!) and heated bathroom floors.

Amazing time in Frigid Stowe!

Even though the temp rarely made it into the single digits, we were toasty warm and happy at this amazing condo. Never did we feel a moment's cold. The walkways were always shoveled by the time we got up in the morning and when we came home. The property is centrally located to great restaurants and all the resorts. I couldn't recommend this property more!

Great comfortable condo

Our family of three (along with our dog) stayed in this lovely condo this past August. It was perfectly situated. The recreation path is right outside your door...a wonderful pace for bike riding & fantastic walks. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and cozy. All of us enjoyed our time here very much. If we didn't live so far we would be back often! The owner, Nancy is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. One of our absolutely best experiences with VRBO.

Great Weekend in Stowe

We had a great labor day weekend at Paul and Nancy's condo in Stowe. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Paul and Nancy provided lots of great info about area attractions, things to do, and places to eat. This was a great space for our small family of three. Two spacious bedrooms, a great open kitchen and dining room, and two great decks. We loved walking on the Stowe rec path. I would highly recommend this condo.

We love to be outdoors, enjoying the beauty of Vermont. Stowe offers skiing, boarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking, biking and water activities in the summer. Autumn is short, sweet and magnificent. After living in Burlington for most of our married life and then running a small B&B in Costa Rica for 7 years we bought this condo. Our family and friends love it here.

We enjoy music, food, travel and outdoor activities. When we are not taking advantage of our sunny, comfortable condo we invite you to!

Varför värden valde detta boende

With cathedral ceilings in the living room and master bedroom and two sliding doors and many windows this condo is bright and spacious feeling. With the decks facing the east and south, there's plenty of light.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our condo is located right on the recreation/bike path and is convenient to downtown Stowe (1.5 miles) and to Stowe Mountain Resort (5 miles). We are set back off the Mountain Rd where it's quiet and peaceful. We are located on the second floor and have an east facing deck and a south facing deck for full benefit of enjoying the sun. We love to cook so you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the condiments you might want.
