Medan du bor här kan du utnyttja Stonybrooks utmärkta bekvämligheter såsom bastu och bordtennisbord i Stonybrook klubbhus; sex tennisbanor; två utomhus uppvärmda pooler för sommaranvändning; 14 kilometer X längdskidspår genom naturligt vackra grunder; golf pitching område; och flera dammar för fiske eller skridskoåkning.

Perfect location with a fantastic view. From the initial inquiry to checking in and all the way to our final day, communication was clear and responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, and had just about everything we needed for cooking. Ideal location to experience Stowe and the surrounding towns, though we did a few day trips to explore the Northeast Kingdom (NEK) and to do some tougher hikes in New Hampshire. Great stay overall!

Great Townhouse

The property location is perfectly located for both Stowe Resort and all the shops/restaurants in the area. The unit is very comfortable with ample space and plenty of sleep options. We had a very nice stay.

Perfect location

Couldn’t ask for a better location to access Stowe. Direct access to rec path and short drive to everything else. Communication with owner was excellent. Only item to note is that upstairs BRs don’t have AC (main living area and downstairs BR do). Can get kind of warm on the hotter days.

Wonderful location

Very comfortable condo both inside & out! Location was right by the Stowe recreation path which was a lovely walk in the woods. Located between downtown Stowe and right by Mountain Rd. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the Mountain View. Very nicely furnished and even though we did not cook a lot the condo had everything we needed.

Great Location

The owner was very helpful and arranged for us to check in early which helps during pandemic times. The view was great. The nightly fires were nice. The kitchen was great to have. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The nearby rec path was useful for us. It is not a new or modern condo, as the decor, especially the kitchen, seems a few decades old, but it was very solid place to stay.

Stonybrook Ski Trip

We had the best week at stonybrook! Brian was very communicative and helpful. We spent most of our time at the mountain or playing games around the dining table- it was such a great spot for our group to reunite and hang all together. The views were excellent and the fireplace was amazing. The beds were comfortable and had the softest sheets. We couldn’t have asked for a better week! Thank you to Brian for letting us stay!

Quiet getaway at a family reunion

Loved the views of Mt. Mansfield. Enjoyed time on the deck having grilled burgers while kids played in the lawn. Nice pools. Great location to the trail and town so we had no problem getting around. We plan on staying here again

Family Ski Trip Success!

Our primary purpose for our stay was to comfortably access Stowe Mountain Resort for a week long family ski trip with 4 children, ages 6-9, and four adults! We were so very happy with this condo!! The highlights for us were the wood-burning fireplace that came stocked with a large supply of wood, kindling, and a lighter. There’s something lovely about building and maintaining your own fire ! Especially, with snow falling in the background and with gorgeous views of the meadow and mountain. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the community was and how small and quaint the town felt. Not having an overly commercialized space was perfect! We enjoy cooking our own meals so we brought our own crockpot and a few of our own spices and condiments, but besides that we had all the kitchen necessities needed for home cooked meals. Towels, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were provided! Our kids enjoyed the chess boards, checkers, Chinese checkers, and other board games that came with the condo! They also used the two sleds provided in the outdoor closet. Brian was a fantastic host and communicator! The snow was plentiful, ski conditions were perfect, and the condo was the best icing on a very delicious cake! We would definitely stay again :).

What We Like to Do in Stowe:

Stowe is one of the most special places in New England, and we’re lucky to have it as our second home. When we’re in Stowe, we love getting out and exploring all the amazing outdoor activities. Of course, skiing at Stowe Mountain Resort is always top of mind in the winter months, with the slopes offering something for every level of skier. But there’s so much more to do throughout the year!

In the warmer months, we enjoy biking along the Stowe Recreation Path, which runs right next to Stonybrook Resort. It’s an easy and scenic ride into downtown Stowe, where we can explore the local shops and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants.

For a more relaxed option, we love to walk from our condo to Idletyme Brewery or Piecasso. Both are just a short walk away and offer great outdoor patios, perfect for enjoying a meal and drinks in the fresh air.

We also love taking the time to explore the Von Trapp Lodge and enjoy their beautiful grounds and attending their summer concerts.

We never miss an opportunity to get outdoors, whether it's hiking up one of the nearby trails, golfing at the Stowe Country Club, or ice skating at Stowe Mountain Resort in the winter. And after a day of adventure, there's nothing better than returning to the condo to relax by the fire or enjoy the spectacular view from the deck. Stowe is truly a place where we can reconnect with nature, friends, and family, and we’re thrilled to share that with our guests.

After over a decade of traveling throughout New England for business, I found Stowe to be the most unique and charming town in the entire Northeast. It’s the quintessential Norman Rockwell town, brimming with character and charm like no other place in New England.
