Huset har tvÄ sovrum och tvÄ fulla bad pÄ övervÄningen samt ett nyrenoverat kök och stort vardagsrum. Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum och skjutdörrar som öppnar pooldÀcket. Detta hus Àr unikt genom att poolen ligger pÄ andra vÄningen. Den nedre vÄningen har 2 sovrum (Queen Bed och Twin / Full Bunk Room) samt ett badrum och kök / vardagsrum. TvÀttservice pÄ plats. Det finns en nyligen anlagd, stor trÀdgÄrd med en 65 "brygga som strÀcker sig över fastigheten. Det finns parkering pÄ plats. Huset Àr ocksÄ utrustat med WIFI och en ismaskin. Great family vacation

We have stayed in many properties in the keys and this home is at the top of the list. Very comfortable, great location, and all the extra's an active family that loves to boat and fish will need. The ice machine is awesome. Lots of hoses for the boat. Great private pool. Owners are very responsive, great people and easy to work with. Tavernier creek location is close to great fishing, bait, gas, etc. We plan to return.

Thanksgiving 2024!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving week. The weather couldn’t have been better. This location is perfect for all things boating. Hang a right and your in the Atlantic and a left your in the bay. Alligator Lighthouse didn't not disappoint and the pool after a day of boating was just right! I highly recommend this stay. High class location!

Location location location!

This house is ideally located - quick, easy access to both deep sea and the bay by water; 5 mins from grocery, liquor and drug stores; central to numerous good restaurants and public parks. The house does need some attention - not near enough hot water -less than two showers before it’s cold; gates, patio umbrella, internet, sound system, bunk room TVs and clothes drier weren’t working when we arrived but the owner was at least able to reconnect the internet and speakers before we left. Parking is TIGHT if you have a truck or SUV and if you have a trailer for a boat - even more so. The layout is fun but there is no dining table inside or out.

Super nice

This is a great property! In a great location. One of the interesting, different and enjoyable aspects is the beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Also, with the pool on the second floor, the trees are more on your level rather than being above you and it makes it super nice. We will definitely go back if possible.... Thank you :-)

Great place for a family vacation! Lots to do for the adults as well as the children!

Mini Vacay

We had a mini vacation/school winter break with family to Islamorada. It was our first time to this part of the Fla Keys. The property is centrally located; close to all of our scheduled activities. The property is located on a canal. The grounds were really pretty. Disappointed to see all the political banners in the neighborhood; but nothing that the owner can do about that. The home has a separate apartment on the lower level which my son enjoyed. The main kitchen needs to be restocked (blender, mixer, serving & mixing bowls, storage containers). A home manual would also be really helpful with tv instructions, emergency information, local stores, restaurants, & theaters, schedule of weekly service providers so you know when a service provider is scheduled to be at the home. We had service people come three days out of our five day stay, and didn't know until we saw them in the yard. The owners were quickly responsive to issues that arrived during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the pool.

Great piece of paradise

This home had an awesome layout for our group. Quick easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Home was very clean and owners are very responsive and helpful. Whenever we return to the Tavernier / Islamorada are we will definitely check with owners on availability before anyone else.

Excellent! Perfect for families!

My family & I enjoyed our stay! The highlights of this home include the short distance to the dock, which was very important to us with all of our heavy dive gear. The pool was a hit with the kids & adults also enjoyed on days we couldn't get in the boat. Most importantly the home is very kid friendly. I appreciate the gates & added security. This home also came with a large washer & dryer(also important for a big family!). Manny & his wife we're very attentive! We had a few issues during a stay & they were quick to respond & take appropriate action. Without a doubt we will be back! Thanks again Manny & Astrith

Manny, Astrith and their daughter Nati like to spend their free time in the Keys. They live in Miami and only an hour away from their beautiful tropical Keys paradise. They love the water and love going out on their boat with friends and family to the local sand bars, restaurants, watching those gorgeous sunsets, and fishing from time to time. They also love having friends and family over for some good times in their Keys "Trap House", as Nati likes to call it and you will see why.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The beautiful, clean, Keys home has so much to offer. Including outdoor spaces, such landscaping, with gorgeous lighting. Convenient access to the Bay and the Ocean! All in a very relaxing tropical setting with an incredible location.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

2nd floor full size pool. Tons of outdoor space that is well appointed for entertaining. Fenced yard and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Divided space between upstairs and downstairs living areas, thus giving individual privacy between several families or friends, or even a break from the kids.
