This 3-bedroom Key Largo home sleeps 7 across two separate floors: a 2BR/1BA main home upstairs with a full kitchen and laundry, plus a 1BR/1BA apartment downstairs with its own entrance and kitchenette. Fire up the gas grill, float the afternoon away, and bring the boat, there's room for your trailer! Quiet street at mile marker 95, minutes from beaches, restaurants and the reef.



The Space:

THE LAYOUT

- A 2-story house with two separate living spaces. They are not connected inside, so you move between them from outside.

- Upstairs main home: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, up a flight of stairs (no elevator).

- Downstairs apartment: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with its own entrance off the pool deck.

- Sleeps 7.

- Beds: King (primary bedroom), King plus a twin trundle (guest bedroom), Full (downstairs apartment).



INSIDE

- Upstairs: a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower that also opens into the primary bedroom.

- The primary bedroom has a drop-down desk for anyone who has to check in with the office (sorry!).

- Downstairs: a full bed, loveseat, kitchenette with a dining bar, and a walk-in shower.



THE BACKYARD

- Your own private pool (not heated) and an oversized spa that seats 6 to 8 (heated on demand).

- Lounge chairs, an umbrella, pool towels, and a gas grill for poolside BBQ.

Guest Access:

Self check-in with a keyless door code, sent to you before arrival. The upstairs home and the downstairs apartment each have their own outside entrance; the downstairs door is in the backyard next to the pool. The whole property is yours for your stay. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet residential street at mile marker 95, right where Key Largo meets Tavernier. Snappers waterfront restaurant and Harry Harris Park (beach, playground and boat ramp) are a few minutes away. Tavernier Towne Plaza has Winn-Dixie, CVS, Dunkin' and a movie theater, and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is about 15 minutes north.



Getting Around:

A car is a must in the Keys! Miami International Airport (MIA) is about 1.5 hours north and Key West is about 2 hours south. There's plenty of parking at the house, including room for a boat trailer.



Other Things to Note:

- The primary guest must be 25 or older. We'll confirm this with you by message after you book, and if you don't qualify you can cancel penalty-free.

- The upstairs and downstairs spaces are not connected inside; you go between them from outside.

- The main home is up a flight of stairs.

- The pool is not heated. The spa is heated on demand.

- There are non-recording exterior cameras on the front driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.

- Hurricane policy: refunds are given only if a MANDATORY evacuation is ordered for the Florida Keys, including Key Largo. In that case we refund unused nights if you are already here and leave early, nights you shorten if you are due to arrive during the warning, and advance payments for stays scheduled during the Hurricane Warning period.
