Slice of Heaven!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and COZY! The owner is very kind and willing to assist in anyway. If you’re looking for a great place to stay near the Mayo Clinic this is perfect for you. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Awesome place to stay! The only issue we had was that the water smelled very bad anytime we ran the water. We were afraid to drink and only used bottled water.

The best bed ever.

This is the sweetest cute little cottage, Deborah outdid herself on making us feel very comfy. The bed is wonderful, now I want a new bed. (lol) She had different flavors of coffee for us which was very sweet of her. We will be back.

Charming paradise steps from the water

Deborah was an excellent host with great communication. The cottage has everything you need for a nice stay including a generous supply of bottled water. Beautiful gardens and lawn leading up to the dock. My husband and I were surprised to see a dolphin as we sat on the dock our last morning there. Truly a paradise in a convenient location! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to just relax

We chode this place because of its proximity to Sawgrass TPC. We went to The Players. We took an UBER to and from and it was reasonably priced. If your are looking for a place for a rest and respite this isba good choice. You have privacy you have a doc to fish from(everythin there for that) cook your catch in your bungalow. Everything is there. Huge quiet backyard and sitting space under the pergola. You are on greenfield?river. Lots of restaurant choices as well. All on atlantic. Hawkers was very good( delivered by Ubere eats) Enjoyed our stay and would repeat if we return to the area.

Great little gem and so private

Nice cozy spot for two. We travel with a lot of our own food so having a full kitchen was a major bonus. Comfy bed and all we needed. Beautiful location and nice evening sitting outside with our pups. Gracious attentive host always available for any questions. We will be back!

A slice of paradise

We have stayed at "Little Paradise"for several years.The owner is always doing something creative.The outside porch is wonderful for relaxing and looking out at the water. If you want to sit close to the water or fish the dock is not far.You will not find another gem like this

Awesome stay

Property was very clean, comfortable and above all cozy. Loved everything about this heavenly cottage. Safe and secure for a mature lady visiting on her own or any professional looking for their home away from home. My stay was idyllic and I am hoping to book again in the future. Deborah was a wonderful hostess and made sure I was safe and secure.

Perfect Getaway!

Adorable, quaint cottage decorated with such thoughtfulness and creativity. We were greeted with snacks, wine, sparkling water, and a fridge full of bottled water. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions and recommended great places for shopping and dining. We will definitely visit again if we are in Jacksonville in the future.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL cottage!

The cottage and property were absolutely beautiful, and everything was so wonderfully decorated. Deborah paid attention to every detail in designing this lovely cottage and outdoor areas and she was so responsive in communication. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This is the absolute loveliest place and the host is wonderful and helpful. This adorable cottage is clean and private and well-appointed. It was so perfect for my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Cottage delight

We loved this rental! It was perfect for my husband and myself! It was very clean and decorated very nicely……cozy and so relaxing…… Deborah was great ….. she had snacks, bottle water and fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us!! She responded usually within a few minutes if we had questions!!! I was looking forward to enjoying the peaceful quietness of the patio each morning but unfortunately the rain didn’t cooperate! We would highly recommend this rental and Deborah was great!

Five Star All The Way!

Excellent VRBO! Beautifully decorated, cozy and lots of charm inside and outside. The waterway view and dock are another plus as well as the spacious yard, pergola and garden walkway with various sitting areas. The host has thought of everything! Will return!

Great Place and a Great Host!!

The property was amazing. Deborah was a great host and very accommodating. It was clean, a great view and every thing as listed. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Jacksonville.

Beautiful and Relaxing Property

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The landscaping around the cottage was well designed and true to the pictures provided in the listing. It was mostly private from the surrounding properties and allowed for great relaxation. We were even treated with bonus practice sessions from the Blue Angels on two afternoons during our stay, as they were scheduled to perform at a local event the following Saturday of our trip. They flew right above us at the property's fishing dock. It was spectacular. Highly recommend the property for a relaxing stay in Jacksonville.
