This is a true retreat; perfect for 1-2 people. Plenty of room, great host, beautiful property, easy to find, private, close to Mayo Clinic and in a great central area (beach, JAX, etc.), thoughtful accomodations (water, towels, linens, basic shower needs, snacks, teas and coffees), and exactly as shown and described. A beautifully appointed home and property with a lot of heart put into the details! The patio out back is perfect for enjoying your surroundings and taking in the tropical vibe, especially if you're a plant/nature lover. I would absolutely return!

House was beautiful, river behind the home was beautiful and relaxing as well. Perfect last minute find. We will definitely be back. Host was very nice & answered every question we had during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage! Though small, it was very cozy and charming. Easiest way of finding it is to look for the white fence next door. Easy access to Jax and Amelia Island. Use the ferry (7) to save time to Amelia Island. Would definitely stay there again!

Deborah was an amazing host, friendly and super responsive…great location…bed super comfy…huge, grassy yard…well-stocked kitchen, although we were on the go and didn’t do any cooking…hope to stay again 😊

Not as close to Mayo Clinic as we expected. Host made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Only complaint is The car park area is under a sprinkler that leaves stains on the car and requires guests to walk through the dirt to access the pleasant little dwelling.

Mayo is 10 away. When guests are there S Sprinkler is never on and we have some heads that are not working at the present time so it’s out of order. Maybe it was my neighbors going over the fence Not sure how it could get through the hedge we did have some rainy nights.

Great Place and a Great Host!!

The property was amazing. Deborah was a great host and very accommodating. It was clean, a great view and every thing as listed. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Jacksonville.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and COZY! The owner is very kind and willing to assist in anyway. If you’re looking for a great place to stay near the Mayo Clinic this is perfect for you. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL cottage!

The cottage and property were absolutely beautiful, and everything was so wonderfully decorated. Deborah paid attention to every detail in designing this lovely cottage and outdoor areas and she was so responsive in communication. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Very clean and well equipped including snacks, coffee and all anyone needs.We felt very much at home and will try to book this nice little cottage again on our next Jacksonville trip.Suggestion to Hostess:Suggest you review and modify the sprinkler system so it does not spray well water on the car, leaving hard water spots. The mostly dirt parking area and yard walkway to cottage tracks dirt to the cottage and to the car. Suggest improved in that area. The cottage is delightful!

If I could give more stars I would!

This is the absolute loveliest place and the host is wonderful and helpful. This adorable cottage is clean and private and well-appointed. It was so perfect for my stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
