Fantastic property and location

This house is fantastic and very clean. We found it to be in a great location on the lake by water to restaurants and activities as well as by land. We would highly recommend a stay at Lake Daze for you and your family.

Beautiful location!

Really enjoyed the peace and tranquility... exactly what we were seeking! Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, fire pit with a view, and plenty of room for teens and adults to have their own space!

A Perfect Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay in this comfortable, roomy, clean house. We especially enjoyed the peaceful view from the deck and sun room as well as the boathouse.

Lake Daze was Awesome

This was an awesome home. My family and I enjoyed this home to the fullest. It was very spacious and clean and on the lake was a huge for our family. They even did some fishing.

Great family Getaway!

Lovely home tucked away in a nice inlet off the North Anna branch. Easy access to the entire (public) lake. Neighborhood has a boat launch as well. My wife and I, and four adult family members, were very comfortable.

End of October 80° Weekend

The home was extremely clean and nicely furnished. The location on the cul-de-sac was very secluded and quite. The 5 o'clock hour on the deck was nothing short of perfect. We had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect Lake Trip Rental

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The property was extremely clean. I don't believe we had any issue during our stay. We really enjoyed the dock. Loved how the property is secluded. Can't really ask for more, the property checked all the boxes we would need. Seamless entry and very grateful you're notified if the house is ready early. 5 out of 5.

Much needed getaway

We enjoyed our one week stay. I was really happy the master bedroom had a huge walk in closet that I could use as my babies bedroom. The house was perfect and very well maintained. It was really cool to walk to see the eagles nest everyday. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. I'd recommend for anyone sleeping in the basement to pack some warm pjs. We will definitely be back!

Return Customers

This is the second time my crafting group has rented this property. The sun porch is perfect for our needs, with the windows letting in lots of light. (If there was more light available at night--can lights in the ceiling over the table, for example--that would be even better, but I realize our lighting needs are somewhat unusual!) The kitchen is large and well appointed, the appliances are modern and work well. Just a very comfortable house, with lovely views of the lake.

Wonderful, relaxing environment

Pictures don't do this rental justice. Very secluded and felt safe. Well decorated, many more amenities than listed--kitchen extremely well outfitted for every need with the exception of spices. Comfortable beds. Thoughtful, homey decorations throughout. Three scenic living areas. Tons of storage. The dock house had various sized life vests, floaties, and deck shoes. We caught a ton of fish (little, but who cares) from the dock; during our time we saw a huge bald eagle, tons of turtles and egrets, had a pair of beavers swim right by us, watched deer play in the cove waters. We fished in the morning and played in the water in the afternoon. So peaceful. House was everything and more for us. Loved that we could bring our two small dogs. Close to a marina and a grocery store and a couple restaurants. Thinking seriously of making this an annual event with us and our grown children and their families. Shhhhhh.... don't tell anyone. Don't want the secret out.

Lake Anna House

The house was outstanding. Very peaceful and quiet. We had my Father-in-Law with use and the house was very accessible for his walker and needs. Great view and well maintained.

Thanksgiving holiday

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. The layout of the house works for our group. There are several places to sit and relax without feeling cramped and on top of each other. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. The house was clean upon arrival. The downstairs double queen bedroom could use a bedding refresh. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing f from the boat dock. Hope to return again next year.

Beautiful setting! Lots of room to spread out!

Everything was fabulous other than the fact that we didn’t have sheets for the hide a bed we were counting on to accommodate the layout of our family. There were no beach towels but we didn’t get real wet outside, just kayaked. The kayaks and pool table were much appreciated! The fire pit was wonderful although we didn’t realize we needed to supply our own wood until we got there. our family had a wonderful mini reunion!

Very clean and overall great place

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Each time it’s very clean and inviting. Bonus is the use of the boat house to keep the interior of our boat dry in the event rain or bad weather rolls in.

Very nice home

Great location in the lake, quiet area perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The house was very comfortable. Great size. Good beds. Just one suggestion: get more plastic containers to bring food in coolers. There were many lids and only 2 containers.
