LÀgenheten har stor ljusstyrka genom dess södra exponering och dess release. Det totalrenoverades 2015; modern utrustning och möbeldesign inbjuder till en mysig, romantisk boende i en vacker historisk miljö. Att vara schweizisk, arbetar vi för att ge dig alla schweiziska kvalitetsstandarder.

Detta Àr en typisk venetiansk plats i livet och en attraktion för turister som kommer att promenera i de charmiga gatorna, lÀngs de pittoreska kanalerna eller besök till de finaste museerna i staden. Great location and comfortable apartment

We (two adults) loved the location, near San Toma vaporetto stop, easy access to Rialto market, and short walk from the airport bus at Piazzale Roma. Excellent hot water, quiet, very comfortable beds in airy bedrooms, altogether ideal

Lovely apartment in a less touristy neighborhood

Great location with fewer tourists. Nice eateries nearby for breakfast or cichetti in the late afternoon. G-7 meeting added some excitement as many police were in the square.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was wonderful. It had everything you needed and was very comfortable. I loved the decor; it was a great mix of styles that fit perfectly together. It was also in a great location away from all the majorly crowded areas, but close enough to get to without any issues.

Venice experience

The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our five day stay. The location is centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. Once we got familiar with the area it was fairly easy to find our way to the sights we wanted to visit. No complaints and the management was a pleasure to work with.

Charming apartment!

Our family had a lovely stay in this stylish apartment. It’s central location is perfect for exploring the different areas of Venice, and the neighborhood is quiet, particularly at night. Communication with the host was easy and his Venice staff are available nearby. It was an enjoyable experience.

Elegant & comfortable, & centrally situated.

This would have to be the most elegant & comfortable apartment we have stayed in. It is in a central position with great places to eat nearby, yet the well-appointed kitchen is an invitation to cook one's own meals. Lovely neighbourhood

Our stay in San Polo was perfect and magical! Our meeting with Erika to get the keys and introduced to the flat was seamless. The flat was spacious, comfortable beds and fully equipped. Our host Olivier left a binder of information about local restaurants, shops etc. Full of character and so close to local eateries and smaller shops. Quiet! We would definitely stay here again! Only note: keep windows closed at night or the mosquitoes will feast on you!

Glamorous stay

We arrived later than we anticipated to Venice but the check in process was very clear so we had no issues! The location of the apartment was lovely - away from the major hub-bub but close to everything you could want or need. The little campo San Stin nearby has cafes and a place for the kids to run around. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and furnished. Very stylish! The owners left a binder with recommendations that were spot on. We truly recommend!

Great experience of the real elegance of Venice

It felt like a great privilege to be allowed stay in this genuine old Venitian apartment. The owner was very responsive and supplied all sorts of useful information about the local area, and made us feel very welcome. With the marble flooring and elegant furniture and shuttered windows you felt you were living just like a local. Especially given the wonderful location, in a quiet backstreet, and yet within easy walking distance of the Grand Canal, and with the amazing and beautiful Frari Church just a couple of blocks away. After a day sightseeing amongst the throngs, it was great to return to this stylish haven, and then be able to stroll out to one of the many local bars or restaurants - special mention to Taverna da Baffo, where we ate outside, by a small canal, on the first night, with great food and friendly service, so good we returned a few nights later. Just one tip, do not be tempted to sleep with the windows open, in summer, as we did on the first night, if you are sensitive to mosquito bites, as we found we were. Just a hazard of the local life, I guess.

Im Herzen vom Venedig

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und großzĂŒgig geschnittene Appartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist zu Fuß oder via Vaporetto schnell ĂŒberall im den verschiedenen Stadtteilen. Leider ist es durch die zentrale Lage auch recht laut und die vermeintlich kleinen Gassen vor dem Appartment waren recht belebt - auch in der Nacht. Die CafĂ©s und Bars direkt und anliegend am Campo San Stin sind zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen Besuch wert. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns zu dritt (3 Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

trĂšs bel appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ© ; il faisait trĂšs chaud en ce mois de juillet et malgrĂ© les 3 ventilateurs il Ă©tait difficile de se rafraichir la nuit. Mais nous avons quand mĂȘme bien profitĂ© des merveilles de Venise et du quartier trĂšs sympathique proche de tout. Le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs gentil.

Great location, walking distance to train station and close to Frari church

Great location, very central, great for sightseeing. Two nice bedrooms with proper double beds. Stylish kitchen, well equipped. Good bathroom with bigger shower stall and window. Heating works very well. The only thing missing is a full size mirror, in my view. People walking and talking in the alley outside can be heard despite closed windows in shutters which is often the case in Venice.

NichĂ©e au cƓur de Venise, Ă  l’ecart pourtant des hordes de touristes indĂ©licats, le gĂ©nial pied Ă  terre de Laure et Olivier offre donc Ă  la fois la possibilitĂ© d’expĂ©rimenter le quotidien des vĂ©nitiens Ă  la saveur incomparable (proximitĂ© de l’excellent Tonolo, de l’animĂ©e Bottiglia...), comme de rayonner avec aisance vers les plus grands trĂ©sors artistiques, plus secrets ou fondamentaux, anciens comme contemporains. Merci pour l’écrin offert Ă  des enfants Ă©merveillĂ©s par leur premier voyage dans la SĂ©rĂ©nissime! Et longue vie Ă  Venise ( ce qui devrait exclure les paquebots!)!
