Välkommen till Highlands Cottage. Denna vackert inredda Sliding Rock Cabin är en 1 King sovrum (med TV), 1 bad, 1 våning Ellijay Georgia, husdjursvänlig stuga (inga husdjur avgifter) med en stor FENCED YARD, i Blue Ridge Mountains är så bekväm sommar eller vinter, du kanske aldrig vill lämna. Highlands ligger vid kanten av ett vackert berg och är en perfekt romantisk semester för avkoppling. Koppla av på verandan gunga, eller läs i gungstolar med utsikt över den lummiga dalen och omgivande berg. En vandringsled i dalen leder till en bäck (ca 15 minuters vandring). Efter middagen kan du rocka på verandan eller suga i badtunnan så avskild att det är baddräkt tillval, under ett lusthus som lyser av månsken och stjärnor. Highlands Cottage är en ADULT ONLY stuga (inga gäster under 25 år). Inga katter tack.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was perfect for our short getaway. We especially felt secure allowing our fur baby free to run around in the enclosed areas without a leash but with our supervision. Everything was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly cabin if not for the description and complementary pup treats! The extra deck with the hot tub and solar lights were also a plus. We definitely look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful

We had an amazing and romantic birthday weekend. We didn’t use the fire pit because the steps were very steep and narrow. The road to get there was one car wide mountain side which was a little rough. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice and Relaxing Stay

My sister and I had a wonderful time at our cabin. It was nice to arrive with the cabin clean, the lights on and tv going after a long drive. The location was perfect for getting all the necessities we needed for our stay as well.

Amazing Birthday

My wife and I stayed 4 nights along with our pup for my birthday. We had an amazing time. The cabin was cozy and just right for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning and evenings. We drove the wifes car and had no issues getting up to the cabin even as low as her car sits. The fenced in yard was perfect for our boston terrier. We are already looking to book our next cabin for our anniversary...Sliding rock cabins are definitely the way to go if you have pets!

may 8-11 2023 was a blast.

My wife and I love the week ,we stayed at Private (Highland cottage.) It was clean, the hot tub was awesome. Privacy was great. Everywhere we go was pet friendly. We love this place.

Deer visited us every morning and evening. We counted 14 in all. We went hiking every day and went into Blue Ridge for ice cream. We did lock ourselves out one day and Sliding Rock sent someone immediately to our rescue. They are so great and we will continue to come back and stay with them as often as possible.

Relaxing getaway

We also enjoyed grilling out on the porch. The only drawback is the pot-hole filled gravel mountain road to get there. The toilet was constantly running and a quick call got that resolved. They are very responsive! We had a relaxing time and enjoyed our stay.

We ended up taking him to the driveway area on a leash instead of using the fenced yard. Other than the yard, this cabin was lovely. I have never had such good sleep; the king bed is amazing.

(Me, boyfriend and dog) Gracie loved the fenced in backyard and the toys left behind from other furry guests! She even got to chase a deer when we went for a quick stroll in the woods! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our dinners with fresh meat we bought from a nearby farm/butcher. It was cozy and comfortable! The hot tub was clean and nice and hot and ready for us when we arrived. Perfectly secluded too! Definitely would stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

Me and my boyfriend rented this property for his birthday Mid-March! It was absolutely amazing and beautiful. We had two big dogs and we all fit comfortably. The fenced in yard was awesome for them! Easy access to get down. The gas fireplace inside the cabin was a life-savor and one of my favorite things. Especially since it was so cold and rainy. The drive up and down the mountain was beautiful. The fire pit outside was also amazing and so was the hot tub. The only downside was the shower drain was very clogged when we got there & we had to snake it ourselves so we weren't standing in clogged water! Other than that, the cabin was amazing and totally would recommend to anyone!
