Denna "One of a Kind" stuga som vi kallar "Great Sky" skapades och byggdes av en lokal rustika möbler hantverkare och är en uppvisning av hans talanger i sin design och förmågor. Han byggde inte bara kabinen men tillade hans personliga touch på att skapa anpassade skåp i köket, en underbar trappa till sovrummet och anpassade "one of a kind" möbler i hela kupén, inklusive stolar, sängar, matbord, rockers, etc. Du måste se att uppskatta sina talanger.

Dessutom visar denna stuga några av de bästa möjliga vyerna i Ellijay tittar ut över bergen och de omgivande nationella skogar. Från sovrummet, eller den privata däck utanför sovrummet, eller vardagsrummet, eller baksidan däck, kan du se hisnande, visningar miljoner dollar året runt!

Stugan ligger också i ett område med asfalterade vägar och enkel tillgång till stugan året runt. Golfbanor finns i närheten.

Dessutom kan du besöka staden Ellijay, "Apple Capital i söder" eller Blue Ridge (åka tåg) inom några minuter från stugan.

Perfect spring break getaway

What a delightful cabin! Directions were spot on. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the ambiance as we walked into the cabin. It is just as described. The cabin is fully stocked with essentials and enough to get you through your stay. They really have thought of everything! The master bedroom is upstairs in a loft setting and the morning view was beautiful. Reds and oranges, perfect morning glow. We loved that our little pup could join us and she loved getting to go on adventures with us. We went hiking, cider tasting, a day trip to Chattanooga, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, trip to Helen and the Cabbage patch nursery. We saw deer almost every day on our way back to the cabin. Downtown historic Ellijay is a cute little town and the restaurants were great. A perfect spring break trip to unplug and relax. The cabin was perfect. Highly recommend.

Mountain Cabin

This cabin exceeded our expectations. The view, hot tub, fireplace, etc were exactly as advertised and the dusting of snow while there helped top off an excellent experience. We will be coming back.

Not worth it!

This property is definitely not worth it. Property manager said it was secluded but there are neighbors on both sides, you cannot have any type of outside fire or bonfire, which was not mentioned until after the reservation was made. The property is not maintained, all of the screens on the porches are covered in green mold, there were cobwebs along the bathroom mirrors, roaches, and spiders. Inside. The Jacuzzi was also dirty and murky. The only positive thing I can say is that if you follow the instructions, the cabin is easily accessible, property manager responds but is very short and rude. Definitely NOT worth it! This property needs a good cleaning and better maintenance!

Ellijay Christmas

This property is nothing less than perfect. Even the couple that live next door. The lady was a fountain of information about the surrounding area. The cabin was clean and well stocked. This was perfect for our small family. Loved this cabin and look forward to Spring when maybe we can return.

Great sky

Great sky is an excellent choice for travelers that want a cabin in the woods with an amazing view. This cabin is also only minutes from shopping and restaurants. We visit the area a couple times a year and really enjoyed the location of this home.

You’ll love this Cozy, Well-Appointed Cabin

We loved this well appointed cabin in Ellijay. Very comfy and we enjoyed a cozy fire on two separate evenings. We also cooked one night and used the grill and we even took a dip in the hot tub one night. We had planned three nights but asked if we could stay another night since we saw it was available and we got an immediate yes back so we decided to stay another night. The cabin is convenient to several excellent wineries as well as apple orchards and the lovely town of Blue Ridge, GA.. Enjoyed a great breakfast at Cornerstone Cafe in downtown Ellijay and a wonderful dinner at The Roof Top. Overall, it was a very relaxing getaway. Loved every minute. I would suggest a couple bars of bath soap and maybe a few boxes of Kleenex. We brought shampoo and conditioner, but had to use hand soap to shower. 😉

Lovely cabin!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Easy access, beautiful view, clean cabin and well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was clean and warm when we checked in. The manager called right away when I had a dumb blonde moment with the lockbox. We would happily return!

Relaxing and Fun Get-Away to the GA Mountains

Cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Very Clean and Comfortable. Easy to get to and drive up was good, paved roads. Enjoyed the clean hot tub after a moderate hike on a local trail. Enjoyed visiting the breweries in Ellijay as well as our favorite Grumpy Old Men in nearby Blue Ridge. We always like some elevation when visiting the area as its a bit cooler than flat Florida. The only thing I may suggest is clearing some of the brush and trees on the first floor to open up the view. The view off the master upstairs was great, so the view on the bottom should be equally good. We would definitely return, would probably stay an extra day, 2 nights were not enough! Thank you

Nice cabin and easy to get to

The cabin was easy to get to. No real steep roads and all were paved except the driveway which was no issue. The cabin was clean and well appointed. We only used the main level bedroom and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little cabin

Perfect cabin for my wife, our two daughters, and our little dog. The cabin had everything we wanted: authentic log cabin with wood finishes throughout, fireplace, mountain view, outdoor grill, hot tub, wrap around porch, etc. Nearby Ellijay was fun to visit with lots of nice antique shops and restaurants.

The property was perfect. They had everything ready for a Christmas stay. Decorations, Christmas tree the works. Awesome location center to everything. Hiking, downtown Blue Ridge, Ellijay and attractions. Will definitely be going back.
