Kona Isle är känt för den vackra grunderna och den klippiga stranden. Det lyckas mycket bra och den bästa delen är längs stranden, med Bbq, picknickbord, lounge stolar, stolar och havet stänk precis framför dig! Solnedgångarna är helt vackra och höra vågorna bidrar till den underbara upplevelsen.

Lägenheten har inte tidigare hyrts ut, men det är dags att låta andra njuta av upplevelsen. Det har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet och uppgraderas som tid och ekonomi tillåter. Det är ett utmärkt läge och är bara en 20-25 minuters promenad till stan och vanligtvis en 3-5 minuters bilresa.

Kailua-Kona har många restauranger, affärer, fiske, båtliv och Ocean Aktiviteter att njuta av.

Loved our little stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We had a lovely time. Great views of the ocean! Condo was tidy and had extras for us to use during our stay.

Nice and easy

Super nice condo and easy check in and out. Michael is good to work with. Great beach area to relax at, catch the sunrise or sunset! If you like coffee, the coffee maker isn’t the best. I have a portable 20oz French press I’ll bring next time.

Kona Getaway

This is a very clean, well stocked condo, perfect for a couple. It's well located close to Kona and right on the coast with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The neighbor was also very kind.

I loved it. Kona Isle is a nice complex.

I really enjoyed going out to the water's edge to see the sunset each night with several other guests. I saw a pod of dolphins one day out there! Very relaxing. Pretty much everything that was needed was there and then some. Very comfortable. Michael was a good communicator and very accessible. 😎

Close to everything!

This location was a great find! The views from the “beach” area were great for watching the sunset every evening. The condo was conveniently located to the market and to town whether walking or driving. The only downside was the pool being closed for maintenance. But, management made it easy for us to use the pool next door. The condo was well stocked and very clean. We didn’t spend much time there except at night, but we had everything we needed. I appreciate that directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Location cannot be more perfect. We watched the sunset every single day. The fact that we had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler box) to go play at the beach with our 17 month old baby every morning, it’s just beyond our expectation. We also love the idea of the quiet time from 10pm to 8am. We dont have noise ordinance where we live so it’s a nice thing to have when on vacation. Michael is super responsive and helpful. We were confused abt the door mechanism at first so hopefully it will get fixed soon for future guests.

Amazing stay

We had a pleasant stay. Michaels place was just about perfect. We think it is our favourite condo out of the ones we ever stayed in Hawaii. Very nicely decorated, clean and equipped with everything you would ever need. The location was close to all things important and also not right in the middle of it. The grounds were really well kept, great pool also with amazing place for watching sunsets. Only downsize would be that these condos have not really soundproof windows in the bedroom and this particular being right by the staircase and main entrance, couple time we got awaken by drunken returning patron. Other than that we loved every bit of it and would love to come back one day. Thank you, Michael

Peaceful Condo Community.

This was a great condo to come back to after a day of exploring to watch the sunsets over the water. There is an area right on the property at the shore with sand and chairs behind a seawall of black lava rocks from which to watch the sunsets or night sky. My wife saw whales from there. There are barbeques there as well. People there are very friendly to newcomers. It was very quiet there in the evenings and night. This place has a dedicated parking spot like everyone else appears to have so there was enough parking to go around for all. Nobody else was ever parked in our spot. Inside the condo it was clean and has some tasteful Hawaii décor to help get you in the local spirit. It's well stocked with everything you'd imagine a condo would have such as towels, dishes, frying pans, etc. It was great to have food in the fridge, and do some cooking there to save on the restaurant time and bills. We found the body surfing boards and took one out to Kua Bay and our son says the body surfing was the best part of the whole trip! The host Michael proactively contacted me a few days before we arrived to let me know the check-in process and how to access the keys to the condo. If we return to Hawaii in a few years we'll stay there again if this condo is still available.

If you are planning to stay at the condo most of the time, this is a good condo, because you can leave the AC on in the afternoon. If you leave during the day, he asks you to turn off the living room window AC unit. When we returned back to the condo at 7:30pm and turned on the AC, the condo was so hot, it couldn't cool the condo down. We ran it all night long and never pulled back the blankets or sheets the whole week we were there, because it was so hot. We would have enjoyed our stay so much more, if the temperature at bedtime would have been 15 degrees cooler.The condo grounds are lovely. We used the BBQs by the ocean and had dinner on the picnic tables watching the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. It was really nice having an assigned parking place.

Well located complex on the water. Well equipped condo with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and loads of snorkeling gear. But, the place is fairly old with noisy A/C and fridge and it's the unit furthest from the Ocean and closest to the road in the back corner of the complex with people walking by the louvered bedroom window.

Great location, quaint residency!

Michael was a fantastic host - very communicative, cordial and was able to accommodate me and my friends with an additional stay. He gave out clear instructions/boundaries on housing do’s/dont’s, which is always appreciated as a guest. The location was 20-30 min from the airport and a 10-15 min drive from many beaches via drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Condo and location

My husband, me and our 15 month old infant had a great time staying here. It's only few minutes away from lots of attractions that Kona can offer. We loved our morning time hanging out on the rocky beach of the property and taking our toddler to the tide pools only steps away from where we stayed. I hope we get to visit Kona again, we now know where to stay!

Great Property, Location, and Value

This was a great spot to stay in the Kona area. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and a great home base to explore the island. The condo had everything you would need provided from towels, kitchen suppliers, and tons of beach gear (coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs). The grounds were great right on the ocean with a swimming pool. Access to beach front to explore the lava rock tide pools and access to the saltwater pool. We will be back when we return to Kona.

I enjoy visiting Hawaii and have several Vacation Condo properties, along the Ocean, in Kailua-Kona. Kona Isle is the newest that I will be Managing for a long-time friend. Real Estate has been my life and having people enjoy the whole Hawaii experience is what I like to hear about and see.
