larry was very polite !, The house was very clean. I would deff recommend this house for a get away. PS, if you enjoy playing loud music, this isnt the right rental house for you . neighborhood is very quite.

Great time

Larry was a great host. He had everything prepared and more. Larry had an abundance of clean towels, soap, dishes, pots and pans, a bbq grill. There was literally nothing we needed. I would definitely rent this house again

great excape

House was perfect. Lots of room comfortable space, cozy. We needed a place within 1.5 hours from the city for a long weekend getaway. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi was perfect. There was a sauna and steam as well but we did not have the opportunity to use it. The host was wonderful and very accommodate. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely owner not so lovely house

Lawrence was wonderful to deal with! He communicated very well and in a timely manner. All my questions were answered promptly. Lets starts with the pros, very spacious house that accommodated all nine of us, Tv's, and WIFI worked beautifully, couches were comfy but the upstairs couch haSd a broken leg. Magazines provided, water and snacks were available. Silverware and dishes available. Enough hot water for everyone. Heat worked and temp was comfortable. Great neighborhood with a park down the block. Cons, Overgrown bushes upon entry and railings with rust and peeling paint. Front door was very difficult to lock and almost broke. Floors were not vacuumed and the surfaces were not dusted. Not sure about the sheets but my sister in law and washed those and spent 2 hours cleaning dirty bathrooms and dusting the property. Sadly, the owner paid someone to clean and they never showed. One knife in the house for nine people, cracked ceilings, holes in the wall (one room), cob webs, dirt inside of drawers, personal paperwork laying around and mold present in the closet where the cleaning supplies were kept. Backyard is what you would expect based on my review of the inside. I was sad because I was in charge of accommodations for my family and they were let down. We were already there for an emotionally draining reason and this experience just made it worse. This place could be wonderful if the owner fixed it up.

Amazing experience

This house is awesome! It has everything you need! I’ve never seen such amazing preparation for a guest. Larry is amazing also. I stayed here to use the amenities for a photo shoot and small bday party. I will definitely rent this house again. I didnt want to leave !

Tough Mudder Stay

This year I took my clients to the Long Island Tough Mudder. We had 8 people on our team and the house could hold 10 comfortably. There’s ac and the pool and hot tub was a great asset. The house is just minutes from the event. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The owner was extremely nice and walked us through the house showing us how to use his appliances.
