Great location

Nice property- very comfortable for our family at Thanksgiving. Easy access to beach right across the street. Short walk to Seaside and house has 4 bikes that we loved riding through seaside and watercolor.

Checkin/Check out were seamless; manager was accessible throughout our stay. I loved having my morning coffee on the third floor/master patio which had a beautiful ocean view. The lower level bedrooms were perfect for the teenager we had in tow as well as having bikes already available to them. But the location of the house was the BEST part. Easily walkable to all the Seaside restaurants and shops and having beach access right across the street with chairs ready to be set up was absolutely perfect! Hope to be back soon!

The house was in great condition and is in an excellent location and is a short walk to town and only a couple houses from the beach. We rented a golf cart, but it wasn’t necessary. well house looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and has been well taken care of and Royal destinations group replied immediately anytime we needed something. The biggest downside of this house is that the bathroom upstairs is a jack and Jill between two bedrooms. It would’ve been better served as two separate smaller bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with just enough, but was missing some needed utensils and supplies.. The house is great and Royal destinations very communicative and we were very happy with our side.

Royal Destinations was very responsive and kind. Also comes with bikes to use. Only things noticed were that a lot of times there are conveniences for people traveling in like leftover coffee pods, more toilet paper rolls, newer frying pans to use, etc, but otherwise it was fantastic.

They were attentive before, during and after the stay. We had a multi-generational family of nine with five teenage girls and could not have been more comfortable or had a better experience.

First step in the door showed the home is exactly as pictured and described in addition to being exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the living room provided the perfect place to relax. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in plenty of houses on 30A over the years, and I think we landed on a hidden gem this time! Seagrove, between Seaside and the light to Publix was perfect! We were two seconds from the beach, close to the grocery store, down the street from my husband's favorite fishing/tackle shop, and close enough to Seaside to enjoy it, but not be in the middle of all the crowds...or in a house in the back! Our beach was quiet and it was a piece of cake to get front row chairs. The house is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The ocean was so nice that we never needed the pool - but I would have wanted a pool otherwise so this was an added bonus. Would stay here or nearby in this area again for sure!

this home was as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The pool was smaller than it looks but still the entire backyard was adorable. Dropdead gorgeous master bedroom with Oceanview. Loved that it was not right in Seaside!

Definitely not relaxing

Reviewer Comments: The property is nice, however, there is new construction going up directly next to it. There are workers there hammering and banging starting at 7:45 am until 6:00 pm at night every day, it is super loud and not relaxing at all. Rental company should have disclosed this as we would have chosen another location.
