Gå till Seaside från denna charmiga hemuppsättning bland ekarna i Old Seagrove Beach. Bara några steg från stranden, har detta 5 sovrum, 3 badrum stranden hem utsikt över golfen från två balkonger. Hickory Street Beach Access leder till en allmän strand som gör det enkelt att gå fram och tillbaka från huset som behövs under dagen. Seagrove Village Market och Surfing Deer restaurang är en snabb promenad bort, och Timpochee Trail cykelvägen, som löper längden på Scenic 30A, är två sekunder från huset. Parkera din bil i huset och du beh��ver inte använda den resten av din vistelse!

När du kommer in i denna strand hem med svävande seglingar hittar du två gästrum på första våningen med ett rymligt delat badrum. En är ett drottning sovrum och den andra har två enkelsängar. Tvättstugan har en super kapacitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare, tvättstuga och extra kylskåp, perfekt för drycker vid poolen eller stranden.

På andra våningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror och en ö med frukostbar. Det stora, solfyllda öppna stora rummet med trägolv, en 65 "UHD 4K Smart TV med DVR, DVD, stereo och gott om bekväma sittplatser, inbjuder dig att sitta, koppla av och besöka med familjen. Franska dörrar öppna till balkongen där du kan njuta av utsikt över bukten och ljudet av vågorna när du läser en bok eller njuter av en måltid. Den andra våningen våningssäng rum har en inbyggd våningssäng med två extra långa dubbla madrasser, en TV och ett badrum med badkar / dusch.

På tredje våningen hittar du kungen sovrummet komplett med en privat balkong och magnifik utsikt över gulfen. Den stora tredje våningen badrummet är utrustad med en jacuzzi och en duschkabin och delas med drottning sovrummet.

Utanför finns en privat pool (avgifter gäller för värme) och skuggad matplats omgiven av ett staket med säkerhetsspärr och gott om integritet bland ekarna. Det finns en gasgrill och en utomhusdusch med varmt vatten. Dubbelgaraget och uppfarten ger gott om parkeringsplatser för 4 bilar.

Royal Destinations was very responsive and kind. Also comes with bikes to use. Only things noticed were that a lot of times there are conveniences for people traveling in like leftover coffee pods, more toilet paper rolls, newer frying pans to use, etc, but otherwise it was fantastic.

First step in the door showed the home is exactly as pictured and described in addition to being exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the living room provided the perfect place to relax. Cannot wait to visit this brilliant home again!

Checkin/Check out were seamless; manager was accessible throughout our stay. I loved having my morning coffee on the third floor/master patio which had a beautiful ocean view. The lower level bedrooms were perfect for the teenager we had in tow as well as having bikes already available to them. But the location of the house was the BEST part. Easily walkable to all the Seaside restaurants and shops and having beach access right across the street with chairs ready to be set up was absolutely perfect! Hope to be back soon!

Seagrove, between Seaside and the light to Publix was perfect! We were two seconds from the beach, close to the grocery store, down the street from my husband's favorite fishing/tackle shop, and close enough to Seaside to enjoy it, but not be in the middle of all the crowds...or in a house in the back! Our beach was quiet and it was a piece of cake to get front row chairs. The house is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The ocean was so nice that we never needed the pool - but I would have wanted a pool otherwise so this was an added bonus. Would stay here or nearby in this area again for sure!
