With a private pool, high-end finishes, and space for up to 14 guests, this stunning home is ideal for families, groups, and beach lovers alike. Set in the heart of Old Seagrove and just minutes from Seaside, this coastal escape blends bold architectural design with ultimate walkability on 30A.
Traveling with a larger group? The home next door is also available and accommodates an additional 14 guests!
If you'd like to use the on-site golf cart during your stay, it’s available to rent for $99 per day. Please reach out for details and availability. A signed golf cart agreement is required for all licensed drivers.

☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, sponge, antibacterial wipes, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: 2 liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in (only needs to be signed by the guest who booked).
☼ A golf cart agreement must be signed before the golf cart code is shared. You’ll receive a link in your check-in message.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one over 25 in the group will be required to pay a security deposit.

☼ No personal items may be hung over balconies, railings, or outdoor structures
☼ Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly
