Oavsett om du letar efter en semester hyra eller söker efter det framtida pensionatet Ocean Village på Floridas östkust erbjuder fler bekvämligheter för din semester dollar än bara om någon semesterort i Florida. Denna lugna, fridfulla semesterort ligger i Ft. Pierce på South Hutchinson Island ca 90 minuter norr om West Palm Beach, 2 timmar till Disney World, 1/2 timme norr om Stuart, 15 minuter från Jensen Beach och 1/2 timme söder om Vero Beach. Vi ligger 2 miles söder om norra spetsen av South Hutchinson Island. Vi har en nyligen uppdaterad, 1BR villa i bottenvåningen i 700-byggnaden i Ocean Villas II-klyftan med utsikt över golfbanan. Den har en king size-säng i sovrummet och en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som är fullt möblerat. Det ligger centralt i orten och är en kort 200 meter promenad från en vacker strand.

Grapefrukt League Baseball: Grapefrukt League Baseball Ocean Village ligger inom en halv timmes bilresa från LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) och NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps ... Dessutom, när våren träning slutar i början av april, de mindre liga affiliates av båda lagen (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) spelar en fullständig säsong av klass A Florida League baseball på samma platser från april till mitten av september. De flesta av dessa mindre league-spel spelas på natten och är mycket billiga. Du kan hitta rabattkuponger för många av Mets-spelen i många närbutiker och i lokala tidningar. Även om du nog aldrig hört talas om de flesta spelarna är det ett mycket trevligt sätt att tillbringa en kväll.

Great week for relaxing

It was quiet, close to the pool & beach. We enjoyed the pool every day. We would then take a drive in the afternoon. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beach chairs were too low for us to use as we are in our 70’s but do not have a problem bringing our own. We will definitely be going back! Thank you Jeff & Nancy!!!

Great vacation at Ocean Village

Beautiful villa in Ocean Village which has all the amenities i.e. gilf tennis, pickleball, beach and good restaurants/bar. Jeff and Nancy are great host. Hope to visit again next year.

Great beach condo

Very nice, spacious condo at a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed biking and kayaking in the area. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Everything you want

Great location on Hutchinson Island, there is golf, tennis, swimming and even the beach just steps from the front door. The property has everything we needed, we felt right at home. The owner, Jeff was fantastic with his communication! We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Like home away from home!

OV713 was a wonderful unit in Ocean Village. The amenities both inside and out were much appreciated and enjoyed. All the little extras provided were perfect. We took advantage of many of the activities including golf, pools, bingo, euchre, trivia, restaurant, and of course, the beach. Jeff was a very accommodating and considerate host, checking on us several times throughout our month’s stay. Another Great Stay!

My wife and I try to get down to Ocean Village once a year / once every couple of years. This stay was fantastic as always! Jeff, the condo owner, continues to make sure we're well taken care of. He communicates before arrival, once or twice during the stay and after checkout. He's always available and is quick to solve any issues! The condo is perfect and clean! Thank you Jeff for making sure it remains clean! Anything anyone could want to enjoy a stay, you'll find here. All sorts of sporting equipment to participate in any of the activities around the property are here too! It really is a great condo and the owners clearly take pride in keeping it up-to-date and comfortable, which just ensures a stress free vacation for those staying here. We'll be back!!

Great Property!!

We can't rate this high enough, the condo is perfectly clean well appointed with all you need for your stay. Condo owner is readily available if needed. Condo Resort has all you need for a relaxing vacation and the beach is such a short walk for morning walk, mid day swim, or evening stroll. Highly recommend, we will be back!

This place has everything you need.- big beach towels, plenty of lines, great washer and dryer, info on dining and site seeing and enough necessities to get you started. They were never intrusive but answered quickly when we a few questions. We plan to go back next year and stay longer.

Perfect Location

Our 5th year at OV and first time renting this location. Very clean, great bed and comfortable furniture. Unit has been updated with new features. Easy access to contact the owner who is very responsive. Outdoor screened in porch overlooking first tee box is great and spent many late afternoons on the porch.

Wonderful stay

Stayed for two weeks with my wife and found the property to be excellent. Very close to the main pool and Tiki bar. I'm not a golfer but the first tee was just outside the back door. The grounds were very well maintained. Lots of restaurants close by. Jeff contacted us to make sure we got settled in and answered our questions. I would definitely go back.

Although the pool was closed and a new “no Pickleball “ policy, we had a great time. Jeff always makes sure everything is perfect. Communication was excellent, and as usual, the condo was stocked, clean, and updated. Thanks again, until next year!

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed a great week at Ocean Village. The condo was perfectly situated within the community with easy access to the beach and all the amenities including the 9-hole golf course where the fairways and greens were well maintained and in great shape. The condo was clean, updated, and equipped with everything you may need and want. Jeff the condo owner was a very good communicator and always available to answer questions. The entire area of Hutchinson Island is great for bicycling which we took full advantage of. Overall we had a wonderful time in a perfect location!

Awesome vacation

My husband and I live on Topsail Island and own two oceanfront rental properties. Even though we live in paradise, the craziness of every day life made us realize we needed to get away for some alone time. Our trip was better than we could have imagined. The condo was clean, well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the entire resort was beautiful. The grounds are quite impressive and very well maintained. As Vrbo hosts ourselves we very much appreciate Jeff's attention to detail and great communication. Can't wait to return.

Perfection - Again!

Per usual, this condo, Jeff and Nancy always deliver. We've stayed here multiple times and obviously love it. The unit is always clean and well stocked with everything you need for a perfect getaway! Every time we come back, you can see that they continue to tweaking and making small improvements to make the stay as welcoming and as comfortable as possible. Things are always just a little bit better since the last visit. This time was no different. If you're looking for a host that cares about you and the quality of your vacation, this is the place for you. Again, we greatly appreciate Jeff and Nancy and love this condo and we'll be back soon!!

May have bed bugs

On the last few days of our weeks stay, my husband was bit by something in the bed many times causing bleeding. May have been bed bugs or a spider not sure because we couldn’t find anything. My husband spoke to the owner about this and he said he’d get back with us. He never did. Otherwise place was as listed and in a good location.

We love staying here!!

This was our second stay at this condo and we will definitely be coming back. We love the overall property (Ocean Village) and the condo makes it even better. Jeff, the condo owner, is on the spot with his communication. He reached within a couple hours after booking and I spoke with him as our stay got closer. He checked in with us after a day or so in the condo to make sure everything was ok and if we had any needs. He also checked in with us just prior to the end of our stay. This was greatly appreciated and just shows the care Jeff has to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. The unit was super clean and we had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. From towels to linens to kitchen items (pots and pans, dishes, etc) to items to use during our stay (golf clubs, beach chairs, etc.) You cannot go wrong staying here, I highly recommend it at the risk of losing a preferred week to visit because someone else booked it! We'll be back!

My husband and I bought this property in 2001. We hoped to make it our retirement nest one day. Over the years we have worked hard to make improvements. Kitchen - 2015, Bathroom - 2019. We want our condo to feel like a second home. Jeff has his own residential appraisal business and I am a retired teacher in the Detroit Public Schools.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Ocean Village upon first sight. The grounds are amazing with lush, tropical vegetation. The people are friendly and the buildings are well maintained. We love to play the nine hole golf course and of course hang-out at the pool and Tiki Bar.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo is special because it survived two hurricanes. The first punch was by Frances in August of 2004, a Category 4. Then three weeks later Jeanne made landfall right at Fort Pierce. The damage was something to behold. Looking at South Hutchinson Island, today, you would never know it happened, but it did! Just ask a local.
