Bear Trap Dunes - Njut av stranden, simning, tennis och golf

Välkommen till vårt hem på Village of Bear Trap Dunes, Resort 27 håls golfbana. Denna anläggning ligger tre miles från Bethany Beach. Under din vistelse i byn Bear Trap Dunes kommer du att kunna njuta av aktiviteter såsom golf, simning, tennis, cykling, fitnessanläggning, basket, och promenader på stranden eller bara koppla av runt två utomhuspooler och en inomhus pool, jacuzzi eller bastu. Det finns en strand transfer till Bethany Beach som körs varje halvtimme under högsäsong.

Vårt hem har inte betygsatts Platinum. Den har en vacker sjöutsikt. Det är en nyinredda enfamiljshus med gott om utrymme. Det är inrett i god smak och det är bekvämt. Det finns två sovrummen (en på första våningen och andra på andra våningen) båda har en king size säng. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det fjärde sovrummet har två dubbelsängar. Den har en stor plasma-TV i det stora rummet och en TV och DVD-spelare i varje sovrum. Vi har höghastighetsinternet i alla rum och ett kontor om du vill vara i kontakt med kontoret. Det rymliga köket är väl utrustade. Vårt hem erbjuder dig alla bekvämligheter för en välförtjänt semester.

Perfect for our family reunion!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Accommodations were well equipped for a stress free stay. All of the essentials and more! Ample space for our three families to live comfortably. Communication with the host was easy and always with a prompt reply. Pool facilities are perfect for families with young children.

Very helpful

We really enjoyed this home and location. We did experience a couple of minor plumbing problems but the hosts quickly responded to fix the issues. Our family consisted of 5 adults and 4 children ages 8 and under. Lots of room. The pond for fishing was an added bonus.

Bear Trap House

The property was awesome, very clean, spacious, and within 10-30 mins from several beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of items for my family to use at the beach; chairs and umbrellas. The owner of the property was very quick to respond to any questions.. My family had a great time!!!

Stunning and warm house with lake views- just beware that there is a $50/person fee for amenities (shuttle, pool, etc) which isn’t obvious with the listing. (We opted not to pay, and just found parking close to Bethany Beach that was $15.)

Beautiful home

This property was far the cleanest house we've rented. The kitchen had everything you need and we loved that we didn't have to bring any of our beach chairs or umbrellas. The bikes hit the spot with the boys. Owner Ana Maria was available right away with any concerns.

Family vacation 2023

We had a great time! The location was perfect for all. The shuttle picks up right across the street. The pool in perfect for all ages. The house has great gathering spaces for a large family. But also enough for quiet time when needed. The screened in porch at sunset was my favorite space. Our host was responsive and easy to reach. LOW Stress week.

Everything You Need

Perfect house. Very spacious, including garage and driveway. Great location in back of neighborhood makes it convenient to get to beach. Shuttle is perfect for different family members to come and go at different times. Anna Maria was is super easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. The was a perfect spot for our family! We hope to get back to this house soon!

Beautiful, clean home

We recently stayed in Ana Maria’s lovely home over the holiday weekend. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and plenty of workable counter space. The home was extremely clean and comfortable for a large group. The two dining tables plus a small sitting area in addition to the large family room were really comfortable for games, or smaller groups to gather. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and there was a high quality washer and dryer in a convenient location right off the family room. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing!

Spacious fabulous house for family beach vacation

My extended family, including young adults, enjoyed a week in this fully furnished, fully decorated, and fully equipped Bear Trap Dunes home. Everything (all appliances, AC, etc) worked, and the home was very comfortable as well as beautiful. Beds and bedding were luxurious. We appreciated proximity to Fenwick state park as well as Bethany Beach. Weekly passes at $50/guest to use Bear Trap amenities (nice pool, tennis court, workout room) are a worthwhile purchase. Ana Maria and her team were extremely responsive and helpful.

Great space for a family gathering

Our family spent the week here between Christmas & New Years and it was a great gathering place! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy meals, a puzzle, & some crafts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The back screen porch would be a lovely spot in the warmer months. We originally planned to use the indoor pool, but decided it wasn't worth it for the cost/person ($30 for 3 days, and we likely would have only used it one day. That would have been $200 to go swimming!) We found plenty of other things to do in the area. The host was response to our questions and gave us extra time for a later checkout.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house had everything a family could need for a week at a vacation home. We particularly appreciated the fact that the house had wood floors throughout insuring a high level of cleanliness. The screened in porch, outdoor shower and backyard deck were great features as well. Our owner was always easy to reach and responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a wonderful vacation!

Great location, great house.

What a great house for an extended family vacation! We were 3 generations and had a ball! Beach was close (10 minutes drive). We went to Bethany Beach, Assateague and just relaxed. It was a memorable vacation.

Family Beach Week

This was a great house that was close to Bethany Beach and also within 30 minutes of Rehobeth and Ocean City. It was great to have a house where our entire family could all comfortably stay and have adequate space for a group of 12. It also worked well with adults and children. I really enjoyed how the neighborhood was quiet with easy access to various activities.

Cute neighborhood, very clean property

The property was extremely clean. Beds very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Upstairs master bath is very small with no vanity space and one bedroom on the guest floor has no bath or closet. We made it work being we were with family. No separate office space as described in listing but my husband I worked in the bedroom when we had to be on calls. Overall we had a great stay!

The Red Door

Owner was extremely easy to contact and very responsive when the dryer stopped working. Had a technician the next day check on it. The house itself was exactly as described. Lived having beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers so we didn't have to bring down. The facilities at the complex were great. Had a spot for everyone. Great vacation for families.

Highly Recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ana’s property! The house was very spacious and worked well for our family. Ana was very responsive to any questions we had. Our only minor issue was with the beach shuttle service provided by Bear Trap (no fault of Ana’s)! Our stay was before peak season, so only one shuttle was running and it wasn’t very consistent. For example, one morning we were waiting for it at 9:30, but it didn’t start making its loop until 11. We later learned that there is a website link that you can use to track the shuttles location, which would have been helpful to know. Again, not a huge deal and understandable since not many people were using the shuttle the first week of June, but just wanted to make future renters aware. All in all, highly recommend this property!
