The stay was wonderful, the only downside was the construction outside, which the owners have no control of. This property gave us easy access almost everywhere.

The property is exactly as pictured! The host was VERY responsive. She always got back to me within minutes. We felt very safe! Everything was extremely clean and in GREAT shape. We LOVED this property and had a fantastic experience!

Great stay in New Orleans

We enjoyed this clean, modern, and affordable space in New Orleans. The bus stop was right across the street for us to take to downtown areas. The manager was responsive and kind. I would definitely return again!

Big Easy Vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay in New Orleans. It’s close to everything and Uber rides are inexpensive to most places. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Horrible area! Did not stay!

Find and read all the reviews. Especially the low ones. Location is in one of the highest crime areas of New Orleans, 1 in 16 are victims of a violent crime. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel safe. Homeless people everywhere in the surrounding area and around the house on streets. Burger King wrappers and trash all ove the street. It is not listed as an apartment, but people live upstairs and they were out on the balcony smoking weed when we arrived. I told the property manager we were leaving because we did not feel safe. She. Was very defensive, basically said it is whatever you are used too. Stated they have had no safety problems, even though one of the reviews stated there was a shooting near this property in 2023. Her first response was you are not getting a refund. I never asked for one. She said thanks for letting her know I was going to leave a poor review so she could block it. She then went on to preach to me about the virtues of New Orleans as a city and culture. I should be thankful for the opportunity to visit her city. I am from Louisiana and have been to New Orleans over 20 times. The purpose of trip was to move our son in to Tulane for his freshman year. We will be coming to the area a lot over the next four years. We won’t be staying here.

Great house

Not the best neighborhood but it was safe and we had no issues. Great location close to everything and would definitely stay again. Rochelle was great with quick responses. Only complaint is that you can definitely hear the guests in the second level walking around and moving.

Great stay!

Great place to stay it was very clean and very spacious, 10 minute drive from burboun st. The neighborhood was a bit questionable but with all the security cameras and gate we felt completely safe. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful.

Great NOLA spot!

We chose this location because it was in between the French Quarter and Tulane University. It was an easy Uber/Lyft ride to both. The property was exactly as advertised, and we had no issues getting in and out of the area at all times of day. We had two families with four kids between 5 and 12, and they loved it. I would stay here again!
