Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

I may have overlooked it in the listing, but all the rooms are interconnected, requiring one to pass through each one to reach the front or back, which made accessing the bathroom at night quite difficult. I would not choose to stay there again. However, I must acknowledge that the management was responsive, although the check-in process could have been smoother. We were permitted to leave our bags earlier than check-in time, but were informed that the property was not yet ready. However, it appeared exactly the same at 4:00 p.m. when we could check in as it did when we dropped our bags off at 1:00 p.m., with no noticeable changes or additional cleaning.

TV did not have batteries we had to get some to get one to work and coffee pot is old and antiquated (Mr. Coffee). We could not remember how to use it and it made a mess. We were also bitten by some type of bug within the apartment.Loved the location.

Great location, a couple blocks from some great restaurants, and a 5-10 minute trolley ride from the heart of Canal and Bourbon. Any time I reached out through VRBO, the response was prompt and professional.

Great location! One block from tram. Was worried about parking but parked right in front of house. Nice and clean. Beds comfy. Only issue was the futon was not comfortable it sit for long. But otherwise perfect.

Not what we expected!!!

We arrived and walked in and looked around and left immediately. The bed mattresses were very thin and they have a van car seat supported by 2x4 legs holding it up as a couch in the living room.We also felt if you went outside after the sun went down you may get robbed.

Stay in New Orleans

We had a Wonderful time. The house was really clean and fully furnished. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was calm and quiet, and close to everything we had planned. The Host was Incredible, She responded in a very timely manner with any questions We had. She was a tremendous help in the process of our trip. We were more than happy and plan to visit again.

Sister weekend

It was a great place for me and my sisters to hang out. I wish there was one more bathroom but regardless, it was great. Would definitely stay at this place again! They even let me take this hot sauce that they had that I loved.

Comfortable, quiet and a great location

This is a perfect place to stay in Nola. Close to the street car and in a quiet neighborhood.Three bedrooms so everyone can have some privacy and a fully equipped kitchen should you want to do your own cooking. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment was convenient to where we needed to be, and the beds were comfortable. The supplies they left us helped a lot. The communication with the host was amazing! They answered our questions immediately.

Close to the action but quiet and quaint

Great experience at this house. It had everything we needed, and gave us a quiet and peaceful place close to the action of canal st, bourbon st, and the French Quarter. The owner was extremely attentive and checked in throughout the visit. Easy walk to the trolley/bus service.

Good stay

House was in a good location. Easy fo get to good restaurants and to bourbon street. It was a little weird to have to walk thru all the bedrooms with no hallway but that may how things are built here. Overall was a great experience and would stay here again when we come back

The stay was great. I'm originally from New Orleans so the redid the house really well. The area isn't bad behind Easton high. Everything went very smoothly. Was able to contact host and responded very quickly.

The host lives next door, but you'll discover this only after confirming your booking. If you're a cat lover, this place is ideal for you! Stray cats are fed on the porch—one is brown, and the other is black. While the furniture does have some stains, particularly on the bar chairs and couch, it's still functional. The futon next to the TV has one wooden leg and one metal leg, so just be mindful of that. The area rugs in the bedroom were dirty, leading us to roll them up since our feet were getting grimy. Walking barefoot around the home isn't advisable due to the floor's cleanliness. We also found some grapes left behind by the previous guest in a few places. Keep in mind that the online photos of the property don't fully capture its true state. Parking is not so good the neighbors block the parking spots with cones and trash cans so get there early. The back door from the third bedroom was not secured enough that I would consider staying here again.Tried to upload pictures but link was disabled.
