LAKEFRONT LUXURY 3 STORY hemmet ligger på Soda Bay - i Kelseyville! Fastigheten ligger halvvägs mellan Lakeport och staden Clear Lake.
Huset ligger vid sjön i Kelseyville med över 10 vingårdar, Schwarzwald och State Park precis i närheten för vandring, men dyker upp om du söker Kelseyville på denna sida!

Fastigheten har en 180 graders spektakulär panoramautsikt över sjön, bergen, himmelen och vilda djur precis utanför de 2 berättelserna om sjön. Lounge på den nya utomhus soffan på översta däck eller häng ut på nedre däck i en av schäslongarna, spela kort eller njut av en grillmiddag vid utomhusbordet för 8 eller ut sipp kaffe på bryggan i ett av kaféet stolar. Från baksidan av hemmet och däcken ser du inga andra grannar eller bryggor! Bara tips om ljus över sjön långt borta i andra städer runt sjön.

Enkel åtkomst till din båt på fastighetens egna båtdocka. Den berömda Soda Hot Springs ligger ca 100 meter från fastigheten.

WIFI och Smart TV med Netflix, YouTube, Yahoo tillhandahålls .. Eller logga in till din egen favorit underhållningsleverantör. Köket är välutrustat med alla krukor / pannor och tillräckligt med platsinställningar / bestick för 10 två gånger om dagen. Också en kaffebryggare, en Keurig, brödrost och mixer! Det finns en Charcoal BBQ i bakgården (du ger träkol.)

What a great location! One of the best areas of Clearlake and overlooks the Soda Bay Springs. The house was very comfortable and the views incredible. Really enjoyed the decks and dock, watching the wildlife and sunsets.

Excellent lake house retreat

The place worked out perfectly. The kids were able to sleep in one room. Apparently a great location for bass fishing if you have skills. Wonderful view, clean, and great outdoor seating. Will definitely revisit.

This is a great place, definitely 5 star accommodations. The owners have given thought to all of the little things one might need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. It made for a really fun and relaxing vacation.

Great place for fishing & relaxing

Property was great. We had an awesome time fishing and relaxing at the property. Check in and out process was easy. Communication with the manager (John) was quick and fast. John was great at getting me the info I needed to get situated even when he was on vacation. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing Stay

There were great views for this property, we enjoyed some quality family time and my husband really loved this location for fishing despite no luck with catching anything! Would love to stay again.

Amazing place!

My Fanny and I absolutely loved this house on the lake. It’s the perfect location with amazing views. It was also so nice to have a private dock to park our boat and jet skis.

Great house right on the water, the island in front is full of wildlife. Great for kayaking and paddling. Looks like great fishing too.

Perfect fishing trip

We celebrated my son 10 birthday here and had a blast. We caught a good amount of large catfish and blue gills. The house was very clean and will absolutely come back. Host was very nice and prompt about replying back. Ty for letting us use your beautiful home

Gorgeous view

Overall I was quite impressed. The view and the location on the water is exceptional. The only negatives is the road from the main road. It's not very long, and it is drivable, but it is very disconcerting. The only other issue is there's three levels so you're going up and down quite a few stairs, stairs and no bathroom on the main level

Wonderful location!

The home is unique and in an excellent location. The views are the best and at night it was so peaceful and quiet. The night stars were a wonderful gift. Loved it and would like to come back again.
