Great cozy home

The check in process was easy and the owners were so accommodating to us as we needed to check in a little earlier.The house was beautifully decordated and had everything we needed.

Excellent Stay

Pleasant stay for a weekend while visiting family in the same neighborhood. Everything is clean and up to date. Sheryl and Martin were lovely. I’d absolutely stay again if given the chance.

Central Florida getaway

This was the perfect fit for us visiting family members in the area! The property was exactly as described in the listing very clean and well appointed. We were not there that much during our stay but it worked well for our mornings and winding down in the evening. Hosts were great and we communicated several times during our stay.

Nice, clean and quiet

The house was as advertised. It’s in a great location central to shopping, groceries, golf etc. It was very clean, we didn’t use the Florida room as it seemed to have been forgotten about, it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the house and the door latch to go outside is a bit tough to open. Communication was fairly prompt with the owner. We had to buy more TP and the garbage bags didn’t fit but nothing that ruined our stay.Overall a great spot and we would stay again.

Home had a well equipped kitchen, nice decor and location was convenient for our purpose

Convenient for our purposes. Location in between two homes of daughters and grandchildren we were visiting for Easter weekend. Home had everything we needed. Villages is a quiet community, though there were some very inquisitive people (neighbors?) passing by on golf cart inquiring information about us. Rapid response from owner when communication was necessary.

Didn’t realize the restrictions of HOA neighbors were very unhappy could not leave my boat there on my partners boat no room was lied to about the parking didn’t appreciate that I will never rent with the HOA has restrictions

After 2 long days at a horse show

Very clean and so comfy, great location, we travel to the villages often and by far this was one of the best place we have been, so quiet and peaceful , Sheryl was so helpful.

Exactly as advertised!

The house was exactly as advertised and even better. It now has a king bed and everything was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for 5 adults. Check in was easy and Sheryl responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a great weekend!

Miss representing about the home. She kept golf cart in rental home but did not let tenant use cart. Very old outdated silverware. No garbage disposal. Master closet full with her personal belonging. Using different reason to come check on tenant. Very unconfotable invirement..
