Perfect for Two Couples!

Loved our stay in the Villages! This was a great VRBO - clean and functional and close to lots of outdoor activities, walking trails and pools. Highly recommend!

First visit and found it daunting because of the size. House is lovely but I am short and had an issue with the bed....too high. Town squares were nice and lots of music everywhere.

Fantastic house!

House was as advertised in the listing. Kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, location in Fenney was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Finney Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this Finney neighborhood home! The house was very clean and comfortable, decorated very nicely, with the idea of relaxation in mind. The home is well furnished, including the screened in patio in the back. The location is nice with easy access to things in the area. Loved the Finney recreation center/pool and Finney Grill, right around the corner (easily walkable) as well as the executive golf course virtually right across the street. You really have everything you need at this location - a nice Publix is right up the road and it’s close to the town centers (makes sure to check out the Brownswood town center, close by with lots of shops, restaurants, and nightly bands (free). The owner is very nice and responsive, and the house comes with the use of bikes and a golf cart to get around the neighborhood in. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

Stunning home

We really enjoyed our stay and this home was beautiful. Communication before our stay was great, our visitor passes were ready to be picked upon arrival. This home is beautifully decorated and equipped with all basic household needs, from coffee pots, hangers in the closets, TV’s in two rooms, hair dryer, pots, pans, comfortable beds. We work from home and the internet connection was great with two people working. The neighbors were all so friendly and welcoming. This house is close to walking trails that we took advantage of. Also just a short cart ride in a 4 seater gas golf cart to the Fenney Grill.

Exceeded expectations!

My wife, our corgis and I all throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is full of all the essentials plus some. Also the location can’t be beat! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Halloween Trip

My wife and I visit the Villages quite often. We usually stay with friends. This was the first time we rented a house and it couldn't have been more perfect. House is big and beautiful. Perfect relaxing vacation.

The pictures accurately reflect the property. Located in a newer section of the Villages, about 5 miles from Brownwood square. Grocery, restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Lovely Home, well appointed, Super Clean

Perfect for our family visit. Nicely decorated. Everything was just as promised and pictured in the listing. Owner was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and will book again if needed.

Nice place to stay that is well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Big walk-in shower was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Defiantly a place to stay near many activates.

Awesome Home and Location!!

Great location, clean and fresh. We had a great stay at the home. It was in immaculate condition and everything we needed was available. The bonus of a golf cart was great!! Communication with the host was A++. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Fenney area.

Beautiful Home in The Villages

We visited my parents and booked this home for our visit to The Villages. It was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The homeowner was very gracious and answered our questions and made helpful suggestions for our visit. The home includes a golf cart, bicycles with helmets, and pickle ball paddles. The home was stocked with kitchen basics, bathroom basics, and smart TVs for entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking it for our next visit.

Awesome rental in the Villages

This is a very nice rental home with cute decor in the Villages that comes with 4 bikes and a couple helmets and a 4 seater Yamaha gas powered golf cart. Everything in the home looks brand new and is nicer than you find in most rentals. The home was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and had cozy Nestwell sheets. The kitchen comes with a Keurig. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The listed guest contact, Lora, was unreachable. The listing said cable/satellite but it was actually smart TV channels with movies. Local channels were not available. My only suggestion would be to add cabinet hardware to make the cabinets and drawers a little easier to open. The recreation center nearest this home is the nicest one we saw (Fenney). Don't miss the Fenney nature walk. We also enjoyed playing shuffleboard and darts inside Fenney Recreation. Our dog loved taking the golf cart to the beautiful pedestrian path filled with huge oak trees near the pickleball courts at Spanish Moss Recreation each morning. The town squares were really too far to take the golf cart from this home so we drove but Publix is just 2.5 miles away and a fun golf cart ride.
