Diamond in the rough

This is a comfortable, seemingly, newly renovated apartment near Esplanade (so easy walk to center of French Quarter). The bathroom was clean and large and a shared outdoor garden a bonus. There are still some kinks to work out—a few hooks in bathroom would be nice, but our only truly significant complaint is that fire alarm in hall kept beeping and could not be fixed during our stay partly b/c holiday weekend, but to my mind more because maintenance network is too fragmented and under-supplied.—they didn’t even have a ladder on site. That said, the greeter, Joe, was super friendly and accommodating in his purview even as he had to struggle with weak infrastructure.

The Perfect French Quarter Location

This apartment is ideally located for a perfect New Orleans experience. It is in the middle of the French Quarter, a convenient 5-minute walk to Canal Street and a 20-minute walk to Frenchman area. Not only is the apartment spacious, modern, new, and comfortable, but it is surprisingly very quiet. We did not hear any noise at night, even though we were 2 blocks from Bourbon street. Our host Gerald was responsive, very helpful, and professional to work with. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

First time visit

The property was great and the location is excellent. Can walk to all areas within a few blocks or so. Wish there were instructions for the TV and maybe a welcome basket with contacts for cabs, tours and such. Also the first bedroom did not have any dresser and the closet did not have a hanging rod. One of the only issues is the freezer was frozen over and we could not get any ice for our beverages. Gerald was very attentive and helpful each time we called him. Overall a great first visit to NOLA and I plan on returning over and over again.

Just WOW!

Excellent location and space! Only downside was that the courtyard was unfurnished and the beautiful outdoor slate hottub not available for use. It was perfect weather for both and they weren’t even an option.

Wonderful place to stay

Greeted by Gerald, who the day before, went out on his own personal time to make a purchase for us that was needed for our trip. When you get a person who is willing to help you before meeting you, you know the rental is going to be just as personable. The unit was very clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable for 2 couples. Location is perfect, where you feel safe and everything is in easy walking distance. If you don’t want the loud French Quarter crazy noise in the middle of the night, this place is perfect. We appreciate finding it and renting it. 5 star

An Amazing Property and Even Better Host

The property was everything described by other reviewers and then some. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Also, very quiet neighborhood. Gerald met us at the property and I am so glad that he did. He recommended five different restaurants outside of the Quarter. We visited three of the five and they were the best restaurants we have visited on our many trips to New Orleans.

Very Beautiful Place

I really enjoyed my stay, Mr. Gerald was so polite and knowledgeable about the unit and places nearby. The place was super clean and smelled suburb. The neighborhood was really nice and fun lots of sights and friendly people. Everything was in walking distance and easy to find Bourbon street, Frenchman, and the convenient store. It's like being at home. I will most definingly be booking again next year.

Condo very pretty - building and location not so great!

While the condo was pretty and there were plenty of supplies (shampoo, towels, paper towels, etc) I was disappointed in the location and the building. While you probably can walk to Bourbon Street and all of the action, I would never do so after dark. In fact I did not feel comfortable walking around the condo area after dark. The building was dilapidated and did not live up to the online pictures. Door from the building to the front courtyard would not shut securely. There was no washer and dryer in the unit - I was told the owner of the condo removed them but I could use a common washer and dryer that was located in the courtyard behind the unit. The dishwasher was also broken. After two days in the condo, I moved to a hotel where restaurants and stores were open in the evening.

Can’t miss with this place!!

Joel was there to meet us when we arrived. He suggested great restaurants and was ready and available if we needed him. Apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap, conditioner. Modern and clean. Beds are very comfy big screen tv in living room and main bedroom. Kitchen is brand new. Beautiful. A few blocks from Frenchman street. About 5 blocks from the Bourbon St craziness. Highly suggest The Three Muses restaurant on Frenchman. Evening Jazz with dinner. We ate at 9pm. We had our 20 yr old son and 22 yr old daughter with us. Son slept on sofa bed and daughter in second room. Wonderful amount of room for all of us to be together. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Beautiful views and wonderful stay!!

The home is very comfortable and looks even better in person. The island is very quaint and the islanders are so friendly. The views from the home were outstanding. The propane was empty on the grill and we called the management team. They were very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to come back!!!

NOLA stay

Property had everything we needed, was updated, roomy, clean, and close to a variety to things: French Quarters/Bourbon Street, Marigny. Joe was their waiting when we arrived and gave us alot of recommends of where to visit, based on what we were looking for. Initially, prior to arrival, i had emailed manager with no response, but when i called and left a VM, Joe called back immediately. When we landed airport and got in Uber, we called and he met us at the unit. We had a fun time in our first visit to NOLA.

I highly recommend staying here. It is gorgeous, safe and clean. It made my trip comfortable and I was extremely impressed with the hospitality. This location is also walking distance to many of the hot spots. Very well done.

A little slice of NOLA heaven! :)

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. We were greeted in the early morning right after our flight landed in New Orleans to a beautiful two bedroom home 😍 fully equipped with a full kitchen, full marble bathroom it was impeccably clean not to mention elegant & an extremely comfortable space for 4 people. Safety was key for our girls trip and we couldn’t have felt safer. Blocks away from Bourbon street! Gerald is a pleasure to rent from, if we could give him 10 stars we would. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Only place we will stay in NOLA.

Gorgeous and comfy place

The modern decor and high ceilings were so pretty! The place came with all the amenities, including shampoo in the bathroom and fully stocked keurig maker in the kitchen. It was about a ten minute walk to all the good stuff in the Quarter, but in NOLA we needed the exercise anyway! The owner was super responsive and nice, even met us when we got in (at almost midnight!) to let us in and show us around. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Perfect location just off Bourbon Street walking distance to come and go from all hot spots. Very clean and recently updated, with huge bathroom. Property manager very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

AWESOME PLACE

This is a beautiful apartment. The location is a close walk to most everything you"ll want to see in New Orleans, yet a quiet block for when you return home to sleep in peace. The property owner is very thoughtful and professional. He even let us check in a bit early with no hesitation. Beds are extremely comfortable. There were plenty of fluffy white towels, and extra linens. The balcony overlooks a lovely courtyard. I couldn't say a single negative thing. He even provided a Kerig with a plethora of coffee options. I would definetly reccommend this 3rd floor apartment.

Close to Everything!

My wife and I recently stayed in this newly renovated Condo. The location was great for walking or biking to and from Bourbon or any of the local attractions. The property was very clean and came with all the amenities. The Beds were comfortable and noise level from outside was almost non-existent. The space was absolutely big enough for several more people. The Owner/Property Manager met us and showed us the place he was easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a great New Orleans Experience!
