With its historic architecture and contemporary upgrades, this home is an urban retreat you'll love to return to during your stay. Centrally located near charming eateries, the streetcar line, walking distance to nearby universities; just a few blocks from the beautiful Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo, and a short 15 minute drive from the French Quarter.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making it a chef's dream. Both bathrooms have been tastefully updated with contemporary fixtures and finishes. Step outside into your private backyard oasis, complete with a spacious deck for al fresco dining, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day. Central AC, in-unit laundry, and street parking.
The downstairs unit of the home includes the front porch, private front and back yard space.
Property Manager lives in New Orleans and is easily reachable via AirBnb app and/or phone/email.
There is a smaller upstairs unit that includes 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully functioning kitchen, and veranda access; see other listing for more details; booking as a group available.
Please note there are security cameras outside of the home, mainly used to keep an eye out when there are no guests present.
You are welcome to unplug them during your stay but we kindly ask that you plug them back in before departure.
