Our family loved our stay here. Close enough to restaurants and stores with a beach right out the door. Condo was nice and clean with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. It was clean, kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of little personal touches around the condo. Communication with management was top notch! Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying at this condo! It was perfect to be able to walk right out to the beach and had everything we needed! Stacie was quick to answer with any questions we had. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great view

Lovely place looks bigger then in pictures but overall a great place to stay. The outer building could use a facelift not attractive. Easy to get into but I noticed when we got into the place that someone has tried to break into the front door with a screwdriver or something as there was damage to the interior, this was a bit concerning but we had no problem during the stay.

Spring Renewal

Our visit to this property was lovely. Description and photos are accurate. Centrally located and close to everything. Access to the beach was easy and having a pool was a nice bonus (although not heated, so still quite cold for this time of year.) What we enjoyed the most was the balcony. Nice size with ocean views and morning sun. We appreciated the furniture on the balcony, which was comfortable for long periods of reading or taking a nap. Amelia is our favorite FL beach destination and we will be back for another stay at this property, which I think says it all. Thank you for sharing your beach home.

Wonderful ocean getaway

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. The original art throughout the space is a special touch. Each bedroom has a king bed and a full bath, and we appreciated having our own space. We were there off-season, and it was too chilly to sit out on the beach or by the pool, but the pool looked very appealing! We did have a bit of trouble figuring out the TV. We didn't watch much TV, but in the future I would make a point of getting some additional instructions.

Great location and view but

View and location are great. Cleanliness was lacking. Floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed- debris in plain sight. Balcony had cigarette butt on it. Also, couldn’t use the balcony because a nearby unit had a resident/guest who smoked and we could smell it. Also saw a person with a dog entering a first floor unit multiple times.

We loved this property. Only a very short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing. Our room was very spacious (4 adults) and had everything we needed.

Have stayed at this property before but in a different unit. This unit was immaculate - but little things were off. Not one hanger in the entire unit. Cheap tissue paper thin paper towels and toilet paper. One tiny bar of soap in the bathrooms. We bought our own the next day at WalMart. In fairness, prop mgmt did offer to drop off hangers. Last year the owners (or mgmt?) had a small gift basket with a thank you note and granola bars. Nothing fancy, just a nice touch. None of these items are deal breakers, but for a few dollars would have put this property at a solid 10 of 10. Guest bathroom shower door doesn't stay closed after you've been in shower for 5 or so minutes. Very odd. Would love to see grab bars added.

Perfect Beach Paradise

This condo on the beach is like a “home away from home”, with spectacular sunrise and beach views. Beach and pool access is very convenient and we walked the beach every day. The furnishings are very comfortable and situated to maximize the beach view from the master bedroom and living and dining areas. The bed was very comfortable as well. The garbage disposal was on the blink and was fixed very quickly and we got really good restaurant advice as a bonus. Highly recommend!

The Amelia South condo was excellent. It was super clean and contained everything needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. The condo is centrally located and easy to get to restaurants and shoppes. The management staff were very professional and helpful. My wife and I are looking forward to staying at Amelia South again.

Gorgeous

We really enjoyed the property and our stay! It was a wonderful, spacious condo and the view was perfect. The management was excellent to work with. Amelia Island, Fernandina is such a great place with lots of great places and friendly people. Can't wait to go back.
