short spring get away...

Loved our stay. loved the convenience of being on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and beach. Unit was clean and very nice. We took advantage of the umbrella in hte master closet... and we purchased and left behind for others two beach chairs in hte master closet. We may plan another spring trip down next year ... and would rent this unit again!!! I was on Business the following week... so it was nice for the wife to and me to have 6 days to enjoy the coast before heading off to work in mid Alabama.

Close to NAS Pensacola

Had the opportunity to go to TWO Blue Angels practice sessions at NAS Pensacola. Their show is the highlight of the entire week...will be back next year.

Great Get-A-Way!

Easy check-in and friendly manager. The condo was clean and tidy, with plenty of towels. Could use a few more supplies in the kitchen but over-all great place! Elevator(the one that was working) questionable, then it broke down too. Over-All nice stay and very quiet - TOTALLY ENJOYED IT!

Sunswept!

Enjoyed our stay in Sunswept. Good location. Easy after hours checkin. Unit was clean and welcoming. Great view/access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Ice maker was a challenge for a little while until we learn what it wanted us to do. Management was quick to respond and solve a couple of small problems we had. My only beef was that the unit has a queen rather than a king size bed. My bad for not looking more closely. Would certainly consider a return trip. Plenty of convenient parking the week we were there.

The staff was very quick and attentive to respond to other questions and a need that arose. We were right on the beach. The only thing we didn't like was having to pay $45 to use the beach chairs and umbrella (which were already vacant.) We paid a pretty penny, but decent price for our stay and shouldn't have had to pay. We didn't pay Coastal Properties, we paid a company called Ike's. But since the section of the beach we were on was directly in front of SunSwept, they should have provided chairs free of charge.

The location is close to a lot of restaurants. The beach was great and closer than the photos made it seem. Other tenants were respectful and quiet and parking was nice. The ad didn't say but the bed is a queen size. This unit was not the biggest we've stayed in but was comfortable for a couple. The grounds were very well maintained, especially the pool. So overall it was very good and we would stay again.
