Overall Great Family Vacation

This condo was great for our family. There were not a lot of extra "things" around the condo which is appreciated by our family with children, we aren't looking for fancy things. The kitchen had bare essentials for cooking but supported our needs considering we prepared our own breakfast and dinner each day, except there were not specific grilling utensils that were heavy duty for grilling. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, so you had to flip the toast halfway through. The bathroom shower drain was not good at all! The tub would be half full by the end of your shower (sent a message to maintenance to hopefully fix for the next tenants). The deck furniture did not meet expectations at all! The table and two chairs available were VERY rusty and had rusted up a few inches from the base of the chair legs making them unstable and not safe to sit in. There was one plastic white chair that we did not use. Deck furniture needs improvement. The lay-z-boy recliners were AMAZING and much appreciated at the end of our days on the beach or by the pool! Again, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay in this condo but there were a few things that might need improving for those who might not be as laid back as our family.

Location is great The ac does not work at all, it never got below 75 in our room. The bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated. The shower doesn’t drain fast at all. The floors were also dirty upon arrival.

The condo was great the only complaints I had was the bedding very uncomfortable mattress needs replacing I ended up sleeping on the couch last two nights. Also the a/c wasn’t cooling well lucky temps were down for my stay even wet never was cool in the condo.

Needs some repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room has a beautiful view and very roomy for a one bedroom. The room smells was horrible. The smell was moldy and old. When you take a shower all the floors in the condo get wet and slippery. We had to take a towel and continue to wipe them so no one would slip and hurt them self. I was very upset that we had two spend Thursday, Friday and all day Saturday with no AC. I had to reach out twice about someone coming to fix it. We didn’t get Ac unit Sat night. I didn’t think it was fair that I paid 380.00 dollars do not have AC while on vacation. I definitely think I should get some of my money back. I didn’t pay to have to do without AC. I would recommend this unit if the owners will refund some of my money due to only having AC for 1 1/2 days.

Great View, but did not smell to good

Reviewer Comments: When vacationing on a budget I knew we would probably have to give up a few of our amenities that we are use to having, but did not ever think it would be the smell of the condo. It smelt like a janitor's closet/mop bucket - lol. Also the balcony furniture was in very bad shape and pulled/snagged my clothes first time sitting out there... Walls are several different colors of blue from a very bad touch up job(s) as they obviously could not match the original blue... ALL in ALL, we had a great time on our vacation and when traveling on a budget it is all about being "Out Of The Room!"

Blood was on the shower curtain, car air fresheners were on the ac vents because of the mold and mildew in ceilings, dishwasher had standing water at all times. The complex was clean and well kept so walking in 61002 was a shock. I would never rent through Liquid Life again. Customer service was null and void.

Great beach stay for two people

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I sought to get away for first vacation in two years. October is less busy time of year when ocean was still warm enough to get in, (plus indoor and outdoor pool, and clean much less crowded beach). we loved the fact that we did not have to go to realty office for any reason, communication from them was over timely texts and emails, they kept us informed up to arrival and at the end of the stay. had our door code when we arrived, just picked up our parking pass and then went right up condo. texted when we left condo and hit the road home. property was clean, well maintained, easy access to groceries, dining and usual off season entertainment. took beach express in from I10 to avoid usual Saturday arrival traffic. had no complaints, and we will definitely stay again, and recommend to family and friends.

They have put a walking extension at the end of the beach walk that is great!Unit outdated but very clean. Toaster awful. Dryer lint trap rusty. Towels frayed, minimal # provided. Only 2 patio chairs with table, unless you count the dirty plastic one.But overall clean with nice couch and recliners!Just needs a little TLC.

Disappointed

There were several issues with this condo. We called about the AC leaving the bedroom & entryway/living room floor with puddles of water. It was not fixed so to prevent us from falling we went without AC for the 2nd week of our stay. The front door wouldn’t lock (a keypad) without several times of opening and closing. The tile floors were really dirty. We swept & mopped them ourselves. The pictures show a very nice clean updated condo, this is not the case. The worse thing was wgen maintenance worked on the leaking garbage disposal he left the door to the condo propped open with all of our personal items accessible to anyone. My purse, husband’s wallet everything we had brought with us except what we had taken to the beach was in our condo. It could have been a major catastrophe!! I called and reported it, they said they would speak to head of maintenance and call me back but I never received a return call. There were other issues, but these were the main ones.
