Huvudnivån har ett badrum, kök med diskmaskin, fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare, en utdragbar dubbelsäng bäddsoffa och platt-TV. Det finns också en balkong med indirekt utsikt över bukten. På övervåningen finns en queen size-säng, två våningssängar, tillsammans med en platt-TV och ett extra badrum. Komplexet erbjuder fantastiska bekvämligheter! Direkt tillgång till stranden, 3 pooler i full storlek, varav en är uppvärmd, en barnpool, tennisbana, täckt parkering, grillplats och picknickområde och en snackbar som är öppen under sommarsäsongen. Vi är belägna i Orange Beach nära fantastiska restauranger och shopping!

Thank you so much for the beautiful place — the location is excellent, and we had a great time. It was our first time in Orange Beach, and even though it was just a weekend, we truly enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Great stay!

The condo was very nice. It was so clean! It was stocked with anything that you would need for a few meals there. The location is very convenient to many attractions. I love the little snack and drink bar! I have stayed at Sugar Beach before and I am sure I will stay again! Perfect for us!

Clean comfy good value

a very clean and comfortable unit in this particular perpendicular to the beach condo with the unit toward the highway side. elevators were a bit flaky the first few days but fixed.. because of the bunk beds, the queen bed is flush to the wall so it is hard for two people to get in and out. The unit will be better with just the sleeper sofa downstairs minus the bunk beds. so two adults going to easily use the queen bed. this unit is an excellent value for the price.

Beach week

The place was great. We enjoyed our time there. The only issue we had was that the oven is a little outdated and it was difficult to cook there because it was not working properly but I’m being picky here. I would definitely go back. The owners were great and helped us with little issues very quickly. No complaints. It’s part of life that some things don’t go perfectly sometimes.

Here is what I emailed to our host Just some quick feedback on your rental. You advertise a clean unit but from our observations not so much. See attached photos. Double doors are disgusting coming into the hallway. Hem on curtains is filthy. Front door is sticky, your garbage and cookware, plates etc. area looks as if something blew up food wise all over the inside. I would recommend another area to have your garbage can, which has no cover, other than with the plates and pans for eating. The refrigerator/freezer has a bad stench coming from it that the baking soda doesn’t cover up. A thorough cleaning including all the cupboards and drawers inside and out would help. Toaster doesnt work. Won’t hold down the bread. The TV is very hard to understand and work with the remote

Very clean

We enjoyed our stay. Toilet paper was pretty terrible and they could use a rug upstairs since so much sand gets tracked in. But overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Loved the beach.

We loved our time at this rental. It was clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The owners make check in super easy. You’re right on the beach- what more could you want? We highly recommend this rental!

We chose Sugar Beach to purchase our condo because of it's laid back beach vibe! We love all the amenities that the complex has to offer. Most of all we love the short distance from the room to the water. It is located in the heart of Orange Beach close to all the local attractions.
