Detta Àr en av de fÄ enheterna pÄ orten som har en helt privat balkong pÄ grund av dess unika lÀge i hörnet av bostadsrÀtten (i de flesta andra enheter har balkongerna utsikt över varandra). * Vi kan inte vara vÀrd för djur inklusive husdjur och servicedjur pÄ grund av Àgarens allergier.

Hörnenheten pÄ sjÀtte vÄningen i Sugartop, ett lÀgenhetshotell högst upp pÄ Sugar Mountain. HyresgÀsterna har tillgÄng till en stor uppvÀrmd inomhuspool, tvÄ badtunnor, bastur, vikt- och trÀningsrum, picknickbord och grillar. Platsen ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn skidbackar, shopping och matplatser. En skidbacke ligger pÄ gÄngavstÄnd, och den andra Àr tillgÀngliga med den kostnadsfria pendelbussen.

2 stora sovrum med en king size-sÀng i sovrummet och tvÄ enkelsÀngar i den andra. Enheten har 2 fulla badkar med badkar och dusch, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet, luftkonditionering, ett fullt utrustat kök med alla apparater och diskmaskin. Peaceful and Relaxing

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the location of this unit. Clean and cozy. If you are looking for a peaceful mountain getaway then I would highly recommend this one.

Great location

You can't beat the location and amenities if you are skiing at sugar. Great size, spacious with wonderful views of grandfather mountain. This is my third rental unit that I have stayed in at Sugartop resort and have always had a wonderful experience. It's always fun

Went Great than Expected

It was a great experience to be first-time guest on Vrbo and at someone's own place other than hotels. Our kids have a blast time there at Sugartop and locals.

Perfect "home away from home"

WOW. It was much more than we expected (& having some firsthand knowledge of the area, we expected a lot.) Our response, after a quick walk thru, "we could live here." Comfortable furnishings; "nice touch". We had planned to drive, to do some sight-seeing in the area, but opted to just enjoy the sights from the private balcony & relax.

Beautiful view!

We stayed two nights and were very happy with this condo. It was clean and comfortable. There is a guard gate and shuttle so very secure facility. We took snacks and drinks so did not cook but the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. Once I figured out the VRBO app communication with the host was great and the host was great. And the view from the 6th floor was amazing! We would definitely stay again if we come back to NC

Great views!

Views were great, beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean with the exception of a few small stains on the carpet. Would have liked to have a larger coffee pot and an electrical outlet available beside the bed. Maybe a lamp with an outlet at the base would work great. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful stay

This unit was very nice. Well equipped and nicely decorated. There are 2 gravity chairs on the balcony along with a table and 2 chairs that we ate breakfast at each morning. The couch is very comfortable and the condo was very roomy. The pool is heated and there are 2 hot tubs and plenty of room to distance. The shuttle service was quick and the different parking lots were not that far away. If you have a handicap sticker you can park at the top if there is a spot available, just let them know you have one. The only thing I would suggest is better sheets, the ones we had were noisy and very rough. We would definitely book this unit again in the fall.

The only good thing about this property was the view and location! The rest was the pits...This property NEEDS SERIOUS updating, everything was old, outdated, uncomfortable beds, the showers were good only if you are under 5 feet tall. Just awful, should have stayed in one of the local motels. Spent as little time in the condo as possible. Extremely disappointed!!!

It is dated and needs some basic maintenance and beautification. Master bathroom appears to have new sink faucet and towel hangers but no sink drain stopper. Wallpaper near shower is peeling. Baseboards and tub surround need painting and/or replacement. Toilet does not flush hard enough to remove toilet paper without repeated flushing. One cabinet door severely damaged by bathroom heater.Primary frypan in kitchen is warped and non-stick coating is useless, even when using oil or non-stick spray. Dishwashing sponge in kitchen is in horrible condition. Neither kitchen sink drain stopper is of the correct size so guest cannot stop drain to fill sink with soapy water for washing or water for rinsing. There are no small or medium sized mixing bowls. Just tableware ‘cereal/soup’ bowls and one very large stainless steel bowl.Two ceiling fans have wall mounted speed changers and light dimmers, but you have to stand on the bed and pull a chain to change fan speeds in the master bedroom. Master bedroom closet had only one single clothes hanger.Windows and screens are in poor shape. Patio doors and room windows and screens are difficult to open and close and weather stripping is detached in many places.Deadlock at front door is somewhat misaligned making it difficult to open with key (and even to lock from inside) without manually pulling/pushing door into a non-visible better aligned position.Carpet near patio door is stained. Carpets need to be stretched in places.

Do not rent this property! This is a professional slumlord! This condo is falling apart. The paint on the ceiling is peeling off and falling down. The wallpapers are all curled up and peeling off. The carpet is 30 years old with dirty stains and disgusting. The tile floors have dirty grout dirty moldings sticky floors. There's no air conditioning. No air conditioning. The oven doesn't work. The dryer doesn't work. The fireplace doesn't work. The owners at cheap slumlord that is probably not wanted to fix a thing in this house in the last 30 years. And it's disgusting. They're also too cheap to leave anything like one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a family for 5 days. No cleaning supplies no laundry detergents no complimentary coffee. All the things you come to expect from a good quality host when renting unit. There are far better places to stay avoid this one like the plague. This owner should be removed from all platforms for being a slumlord.
