Extra privat hörn på sjätte våningen i den berömda Surgertop Resort. Spektakulär långsiktigt bergsutsikt från den stora och täckta balkongen mot farfarberget. Detta är en av de få enheterna på orten som har en helt privat balkong på grund av dess unika läge i hörnet av bostadsrätten (i de flesta andra enheter har balkongerna utsikt över varandra). * Vi kan inte vara värd för djur inklusive husdjur och servicedjur på grund av ägarens allergier.

Hörnenheten på sjätte våningen i Sugartop, ett lägenhetshotell högst upp på Sugar Mountain. Hyresgästerna har tillgång till en stor uppvärmd inomhuspool, två badtunnor, bastur, vikt- och träningsrum, picknickbord och grillar. Platsen ligger bara några minuter från skidbackar, shopping och matplatser. En skidbacke ligger på gångavstånd, och den andra är tillgängliga med den kostnadsfria pendelbussen.

2 stora sovrum med en king size-säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i den andra. Enheten har 2 fulla badkar med badkar och dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet, luftkonditionering, ett fullt utrustat kök med alla apparater och diskmaskin. TV i familjerummet och varje sovrum. Denna enhet är en av de få enheterna på orten med luftkonditionering. Wi-Fi och kabel med cirka 160 kanaler finns tillgängliga. Very Peaceful and Relaxing

This was the perfect place for my wife and I for our 29th marriage anniversary. We throughly enjoy the accommodations for its peacefulness and quietness.The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice Condo

Nice and cozy condo with comfortable furniture and all appliances working as they should. Condo owner was very clear with instructions for checking in and responded quickly to questions. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while skiing at Sugar.

Stay in sugartop

Checking in was easy both at the gate for parking pass and at the lobby for check in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if visiting after snow or ice storm. We made it up the first night but slid several times due to ice (the sign at the bottom did say use 4WD). The shuttle service from parking lot to the building is a SUV worked fine for pickups and drop offs, we never had to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes. They have a pantry and "bar" on site for food and beverage purchases as well as a coffee machine. Uber will deliver as well.The facility pool and hot tubs were clean and there was ample space in both. Additionally the pool has a 6 foot deep end!The unit itself was very clean. They have everything you need to cook and make coffee. There are plenty of TV channels and the wifi worked great. The view from the balcony was amazing for sunrises and sunsets. The main shower was short, so if you are over 5'2/5'3"ish you may have to duck to wash hair. Overall the stay was great and I would stay here again.

Clean comfortable condo

The property is exactly as pictured and the owner communicates well! The unit was extremely clean. Only drawback was the parking and shuttle situation.

My family enjoyed our stay at Sugar Top. The resort is well managed and kept very clean especially given its age. During snow storms it can get a little hairy accessing/leaving the resort but the shuttle service did a great job assisting guests up and down the mountain to and from the resort. The fireplace could not be used but it didn’t bother my family too much.

Overall a fine place to stay, very convenient to the mountain, except for the afternoon / evening there was no running water in the entire building. Not the fault of our hosts, but nonetheless quite an inconvenience. Make sure you have snowtires on your vehicle!

The host sent very detailed instructions and left no room for confusion. Also sent a very friendly message at the end of the trip. I didn’t need to reach out for anything because everything was explained very well at the beginning. However, if I needed to reach out, I truly believe it would’ve been handled quickly and efficiently. The place was lovely and it is clear the host takes pride in the condo. The view was absolutely stunning.

The views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful!! The condo is very nice. The decor is a “aged”, however, everything is super nice and clean. The property staff are very helpful and courteous. We anticipate returning to Sugar Top Resort.

Fantastic value, breathtaking view

We've stayed at Sugartop many times and always come back for the incredible views. It's wonderful to watch the clouds roll over Grandfather Mountain. This condo has very comfortable furnishings, (loved to lay in the chairs on the deck and look at the stars or watch the sun rise) and the kitchen had all we needed for preparing meals. We found the bed very comfortable as well. The bath does need some attention - the master shows wear with a damaged cabinet, baseboards, and some peeling wallpaper, and the outlet doesn't function. But the location made a fantastic base for hiking many wonderful trails along the BR Parkway. And we always enjoy a soak in the community hot tub and swim in the refreshing pool! The newer addition of the "Pantry" in the lobby is a nice convenience for food or personal items you may need. We had a memorable stay once again.

Great getaway from heat

In addition to cooler temperature at top of mountain the condo was well equipped with ceiling fans to made it a great retreat away from 100 degree temperatures in other parts of the state.
