- 2 full bathrooms (master bath has a shower/tub combo and hallway bath has a shower only)
- Dedicated work space
- Outdoor resort amenities - large outdoor decks, picnic tables and grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts

Early check-in available upon request and subject to departing guests!

No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs.

No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room as well as extra fans in the bedrooms. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's.

Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door.

We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions.

APRIL NOTICE: The All Seasons Center (pool, hot tub, exercise facility) is typically closed for maintenance. Get our lowest prices of the year!

Great stay for short family trip

Enjoyed the property and was great for small children with the playground and pool. Lovely two balconies since this is a corner unit.

Oasis in the mountains

This property is wonderfully decorated with lots of small touches, cozy blankets in every room, and comfortable beds and furniture. Walking in was like walking into your own home. The morning sunrise or sunset from either deck is breathtaking. It’s conveniently located to everything you’ll want to do and you can walk right into town through a well-maintained path. Although we weren’t there much, when we were it was a comfortable, well-appointed space.

Beautiful. Clean. Fully stocked. Do recommend bringing kid cups if you have littles. The only glassware is beautiful glass. Owner was amazing. Overall beautiful/peaceful stay. Indoor pool and out tub walking distance was great.

Beautiful location

This condo is located very close to Beech Mountain Resort. It was clean, it optimally used its space, so the visitors didn’t really need to have anything with them. Maybe just food and toiletries. We only stayed one night (we were very happy we were able to book only one night) and we were happy with everything (location, comfort, and cost). Thank you!

Fantastic Get-away!

On a whim, we took a last second trip to the mountains in search of cooler weather. We found this wonderful property and the host was quick to communicate and had a fantastic app with all the info we could ever need. We found the unit to be clean, well decorated and stocked with all necessities. The pool at the complex was updated and clean. We enjoyed the whirlpool as well after a long day of hiking. We will keep this unit on our list for future visits.

Late summer visit

When I was looking for a place, we wanted to be closer to Boone where our son lives, but we booked last minute on ASU move in weekend. We have always stayed in Boone, well it turns out that we loved this location! We ventured out for hiking everyday and returned for the evening. We could walk to dinner every night down the greenway. Then come back, watch the sunset and head to the pool. Charming area! We will definitely return in the future!

We spent a weekend at Hadley hills and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, very clean, reasonably priced, and our kids loved all the amenities at the community pool/arcade. Would highly recommend!
