Great location if staying on the north shore. The room was clean and had several thoughtful kitchenette items. The bed was very comfortable.

Very nice place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Check-in was quick and easy, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The neighborhood was peaceful with quiet neighbors, which made for a relaxing trip. It was also the perfect location—just a short drive to both Hanalei and Princeville.The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic Stay - exactly as described

This place was awesome - nice area, well furnished, everything you needed. It really is a great spot for all travelers. I would recommend it to a friend who was travelling to Kauai. Also the owner was fantastic! Her communication was top tier and she really wanted to make sure you had a great stay.

Lovely Place to Stay

The property is in a very safe and beautiful location. It was very cute and cozy, perfect for spending nights and mornings so we could go adventuring during the day. We felt very comfortable there and the host had the place set up nicely for us.

Celebrating my husband’s 60th! First time in Kauai!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was a perfect fit for us. The bed was comfy and the pool was very nice. We learned what a ‘lanais’ and had our dinner out there a few nights. Would highly recommend this location to other visitors.

This spotless studio (plus large lanai) was just right for my short stay on Kauai. Thanks for having the electric kettle for us tea drinkers!

Perfect north shore location

We thought rental was good value for price,nice pool and great location enjoyed proximity to beaches and princeville and Hanelei towns for restaurants and shops Excellent farmers markets in area on different a days of the week . Make sure to add this north shore rental as well as a stay to south shore to your Kauai holiday

Lovely, comfortable studio!

Quaint place to stay

Janet was very communicative and accommodating (she let us check in a bit early!). The condo is just as listed and described: not a lot of bells and whistles, but it had everything you needed as a home base. We appreciated the fan, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the lanai. Parking wasn’t too bad (permit was provided), and it was easy to get around - very close to a Foodland as well as other eats.

Clean, cozy and comfortable. Janet the host was very nice. I traveled alone and I felt very safe. Love the Ferrell chickens and the condo cat. I would certainly rent this again.
