Allt nytt och uppdaterat. 2 kvarter från stranden och i hjärtat av havet resort, ViBe Arts, teknik och kulturområde, centralt för alla aktiviteter och restauranger. Den öppna planlösningen är perfekt för familjen underhållande.

BRAND NYA KONSTRUKTION OCH MÄRNISKA NYA MÖBLER!
Detta hem är en tre våningar stadsbostad med 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum. Ligger på en halvgata, så trafiken är lättare och området är tystare. 2 kvarter från stranden och mitt i ViBe Arts, Technology & Cultural District. Alla nya apparater och möbler. Bänkskivor i granit och trägolv i vardagsrummet och ny matta i sovrummen. Stora fönster släpper in massor av ljus. Det finns ett garage som passar en bil och plats för två bilar i uppfarten.

Den första våningen innehåller ett badrum och sovrum # 1 med en queen size-säng. De viktigaste bostäderna ligger på andra våningen, med vardagsrum, matsal, kök, tvättstuga och ett halvt bad. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns två däck; ett stort däck utanför vardagsrummet som kan användas för att äta ute, och ett mindre däck utanför köket med utsikt över havet. Den tredje våningen innehåller två sovrum och ett badrum. Sovrum # 2 har en queen size-säng och en tvilling-över-tvilling våningssäng. We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt safe and welcoming for our whole family. The hosts made their expectations for check out easy to follow and were a great resource for finding things to do during our stay.

Overall, excellent accommodations. About a 2 block walk to beach. Beach cart that was provided was excellent. No complaints that homeowners would have to act upon, but the trash and recycling bins were full at arrival, garbage was emptied, but recycling bin was full the whole week leaving no room for additional materials.

Very Nice Location

We came in town for a funeral and wanted to be in a happier vibe so we chose a location by the beach the location is close to everything just a short walk to the beach. The house was very nice. The only problem is they need additional wash clothes in case the guest needs another one. They didn’t have an iron but they brought us one in enough time to iron our clothes and make it to the funeral on time. Only 5 adults stayed in the house ages 53 to 58 and we had enough space. I would stay here again.

Accommodations nice

The location was good, the house was nice and up to date.The only caveat is this is not a house for folks who can't do stairs. The house is 3 levels and the stairs are steep. It is close enough to the beach to walk to but a little far if you are carrying a lot of stuff. We dropped our stuff off in the truck and one person drove back to the house then walked back to the beach. Worked out well

Clean, comfortable and convenient

After a few year hiatus from visiting VA Beach for the NCHS Wrestling Duals...We were very happy with this stay. The home was clean and a very convient location to the beach and convention center. This location is fairly quiet and family friendly compared to areas that we have stayed previously. We Enjoyed our Stay and would definitely look to book with these hosts again in the future.

No Regrets

Loved this home. Everything was a walk away. Great location and neighborhood. Loved the walk to the strip and beach. Everyone had plenty of space and everything was clean. They even had a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys for my son. Of course beach towels. I am expecting to become a regular when planning my trips to VA. I honestly do not think that anyone would regret booking this home. The host are professional and nice.

German Cousins Beach Trip

Very nice house, very clean, perfect location, highly recommendable! On the top bunkbed the screws were stripped, so we were worried about someone sleeping up there, but there was enough space to take the mattress down. The kitchen sink did not drain well on one side, but those things happen; it is a beautiful place for a wonderful time!

Very spacious for the amount of people we had. We loved the balcony! Property owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Loved that it was in walking distance to the beach. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for families, even a larger one like ours (4 young children). Cozy and great location, convenient parking, walking distance to many things you'd do at the beach, and very helpful and nice property managers to work with. Highly recommend and we will visit again when we head to VA Beach in the future!

Family Vacation 2023

We brought our family back to Virginia Beach after moving away 23 years ago. It was fun showing our daughter-in-law and grandchildren where our kids grew up. Our house was minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants you may be looking for. The house was large enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably with everything provided to make your stay fun and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time and would have liked to stay longer. We look forward to doing it again!!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Owners did a great job of communicating expectations, check in/out process, and responded quickly to any questions we had. :)

Nice place to stay

It’s proximity to beach, eateries and local entertainment were all within walking distance for our stay. Enjoyed the ‘air shows’ from the Navy too.

Great place to stay!

Our party of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well set up, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location if you want to partake in the Boardwalk activities or beach. Hosts were very accessible and helpful.
