Den öppna planlösningen är perfekt för familjen underhållande.

Detta hem är en tre våningar stadsbostad med 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum. Ligger på en halvgata, så trafiken är lättare och området är tystare. 2 kvarter från stranden och mitt i ViBe Arts, Technology & Cultural District. Alla nya apparater och möbler. Bänkskivor i granit och trägolv i vardagsrummet och ny matta i sovrummen. Stora fönster släpper in massor av ljus. Det finns ett garage som passar en bil och plats för två bilar i uppfarten.

Den första våningen innehåller ett badrum och sovrum # 1 med en queen size-säng. De viktigaste bostäderna ligger på andra våningen, med vardagsrum, matsal, kök, tvättstuga och ett halvt bad. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns två däck; ett stort däck utanför vardagsrummet som kan användas för att äta ute, och ett mindre däck utanför köket med utsikt över havet. Den tredje våningen innehåller två sovrum och ett badrum. Sovrum # 2 har en queen size-säng och en tvilling-över-tvilling våningssäng. Great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for families, even a larger one like ours (4 young children). Cozy and great location, convenient parking, walking distance to many things you'd do at the beach, and very helpful and nice property managers to work with. Highly recommend and we will visit again when we head to VA Beach in the future!

Very spacious for the amount of people we had. We loved the balcony! Property owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Loved that it was in walking distance to the beach. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The property is beautiful and spacious. It was walking distance to activities/shops/food and to the beach. Communication was great. We would stay here again if coming back to the area.

German Cousins Beach Trip

Very nice house, very clean, perfect location, highly recommendable! On the top bunkbed the screws were stripped, so we were worried about someone sleeping up there, but there was enough space to take the mattress down. The kitchen sink did not drain well on one side, but those things happen; it is a beautiful place for a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Owners did a great job of communicating expectations, check in/out process, and responded quickly to any questions we had. :)

Family Vacation 2023

We brought our family back to Virginia Beach after moving away 23 years ago. It was fun showing our daughter-in-law and grandchildren where our kids grew up. Our house was minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants you may be looking for. The house was large enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably with everything provided to make your stay fun and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time and would have liked to stay longer. We look forward to doing it again!!

Nice place to stay

It’s proximity to beach, eateries and local entertainment were all within walking distance for our stay. Enjoyed the ‘air shows’ from the Navy too.

Great place to stay!

Our party of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well set up, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location if you want to partake in the Boardwalk activities or beach. Hosts were very accessible and helpful.

Great Family Vacation
